Best Western Malta by far better than UK ones!
We havent even left yet and wanted to write a review at how wonderful mine and my daughter's stay had been. From the moment you step through reception, which smells great, you are greeted with a smile. Nothing has been too much trouble. Breakfast staff have been great, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Every area of the hotel is perfectly clean and the lovely smell is throughout. The rooftop pool is a good send and we enjoyed some time up there every day. Sun beds a plenty! Great relaxing vibe. The added spa on the ground floor is a lovely addition- excellent back and head massage at a very reasonable price. The only thing I would say is the walls are very thin (could hear the adjacent room on the toilet!) and being right near the lifts we were woken up by the noise of people calling for the lift but I would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to returning at some point. Oh also near several bus stops with very clear directions for travelling around this lovely island.

A perfect hotel
The hotel is absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean, modern, the minute you walk into the reception area it’s a smell you want to bottle, our room was perfect, huge comfortable bed, decor very tasteful, bathroom perfectly spotless.
The staff were all lovely, so helpful, nothing was too much. Food and drinks were delicious, my daughter loved the cocktails, especially the spring vibe.
My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights, we wished we booked for longer. The hotel is wonderful, everything about it is wonderful. We can not recommend this hotel enough, absolutely perfect.

Excellent facilities, staff and food not the best location
Location isn’t great however it is close enough to better locations, the hotel itself is great no complaints staff can’t do enough, anything you need is at the end of a phone to reception. The facilities were excellent we had breakfast included which was also excellent with a good variety of freshly cooked food. We also paid for a meal one evening which was also excellent. All the staff are so friendly.
Perfect
Perfect stay! Amazing modern and clean hotel, it is my second time here and standards remained high. Vivi and her team at the front desk are so welcoming and charming, you can have a joke, conversation, they feel like real people rather then robotic employees you sometimes meet elsewhere. Rooms are so spacious and comfortable, had the best sleep. Facilities are also great and practical, loved the complimentary pilates class on the rooftop! Thank you everyone, another wonderful stay at your property and we will definately be back!
