A very good hotel with almost everything close... Wellbee's supermarket at 500mtrs..shoppingmall at 400mtrs hop on hop of bus 200mtrs. Gondola's or Ferry to Valetta 220mtrs.. nice service and good breakfast..friendly staff. Every morning fresh towels. Our room was very good isolated(10th floor). Good working A/C.

Great location but minor issues with room
Lovely modern hotel in a good location. Only 4 mins walk to the Ferry terminus, where you can get to Valletta in approx 10 mins and Gozo in just over an hour. The hotel is within walking distance to many bars and restaurants and our room had stunning views across the water to Valletta.
Slight issues, no drawer space for smaller items. The pictures of our room online, which was a distinct room, made it and the balcony look way bigger than it actually was. The hotel also provide water bottles for you to refill from water stations located on the 4th, 6th and 8th floors. However, they are reuseabke and there was no hygiene seal so we were not convinced that they had been properly cleaned after use by the previous occupants.
Other than that we had a lovely stay, lovely staff, fab restaurant and bar and a good variety at breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Hotel
Fantastic hotel, which couldn’t be faulted. The location is perfect, right opposite the various ferries to Valletta, Gozo etc We had a great balcony view which was great to people and boat watch. The breakfast was lovely, food could have been a tad hotter and the plates heated but otherwise superb. The swimming pool was lovely as was the Living Room ( free coffee, alcoholic drinks, snacks etc). All of the staff were lovely and helpful. The room was spot on with a comfortable bed etc. I would return in a heartbeat.

Clean but basic
Good location. Clean, friendly staff. Lovely view from bedroom and balcony. Soundproofing very good. Breakfast disappointing, basic, little variety from day to day and poor quality ingredients. Living room, drinks choice ok but snacks extremely disappointing. Spa area, both steam and sauna out of action, pool clean. Breakfast certainly not good value, had we not pre booked would not have had after first morning. The staff in there were very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent location and great rooms
We were really excited to stay at this hotel. Location was excellent with amazing views. The rooms were excellent. But 2 areas were not what we would expect from a high end boutique hotel. (1) The filtered water for drinking (as we were informed you should not drink the water from the tap) was only available on 2 floors - which seemed like a cost cutting measure. (2) The staff were not very friendly or helpful - it really detracted from the experience of the hotel.
