An Exceptional Stay at Hilton Malta
From the moment we arrived at Hilton Malta to the moment we left, the entire experience was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are superb and the standards throughout are exactly what you would hope for from a Hilton of this calibre. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the people.
This was a particularly special trip for us. We were celebrating 30 years together and, having recently married, this was also our honeymoon. We therefore hoped it would be a holiday we would remember for many years to come, and thanks in no small part to the wonderful staff at Hilton Malta, it absolutely was.
We would especially like to recognise the team who operate the Executive Lounge. They were quite simply outstanding.
Every time we entered the lounge we were greeted with genuine warmth, friendliness and professionalism. Nothing ever felt forced or simply part of a job. The team took the time to speak with us, remembered us, made us feel welcome and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after.
It is difficult to describe just how much of a difference that makes. A beautiful hotel can provide wonderful rooms, excellent food and impressive facilities, but it is the people who turn a good stay into something genuinely special. The Executive Lounge team did exactly that.
Knowing that we were celebrating our marriage and 30 years together, they made us feel that our occasion mattered to them too. Their kindness, attention to detail and genuine hospitality added something to our honeymoon that money simply cannot buy.
That exceptional level of service continued throughout the hotel. From arrival and check-in, through our stay and right up until departure, we encountered staff who were courteous, helpful and professional. There was a sense that everyone genuinely wanted guests to enjoy their time at the hotel rather than simply providing the minimum expected service.
But we have to return once again to the Executive Lounge team because they deserve special recognition. They are tremendous ambassadors for Hilton Malta and for the Hilton name. Their warmth and kindness will be one of the things we remember most when we look back on our honeymoon.
After 30 years together, you realise that the most important memories are often created by small moments and by the people you meet along the way. The staff at Hilton Malta gave us many of those moments.
We arrived expecting a lovely hotel and a special honeymoon. We left having experienced both, but also feeling that we had been genuinely cared for.
To everyone at Hilton Malta, and particularly the wonderful Executive Lounge team: thank you for helping make such an important milestone in our lives so memorable.
You went above and beyond, and we will never forget it.

Worth a stay!!!!
My wife and I were here for 7 days and those 7 days were amazing! After a crazy summer at work we really needed to relax… And so we did! The buffet is AMAZING! Great food everyday - congratulations to all the chefs and staff envolved! Staff is very helpfull and friendly. Housekeeping : the best! Our room was always clean and tidy. Everyday we were welcomed by towel-animals made by housekeeping. Staff in general was very helpfull and friendly. We surely recommend a stay here.

An Excellent 7 night Stay.
My Wife & I, together with a friend, have just spent the past week at the Hilton Malta. We arrived late Sunday evening &, together with our luggage, we were escorted to our Executive rooms on the 9th floor. Following a quick freshen up we went to the dining room for our inclusive evening meal & partook of the enticingly wide menus of well prepared and presented food before retiring to the bar for a nightcap. The Breakfast menu, catered for every conceivable taste from Continent to full English and much more. The Hotel is located on a private peninsula and has excellent views of the sea or marina (depending on the room position). There is very little background noise & our room was very quiet throughout the night. The Hilton is a 5 star hotel & it provides a full 5 star service, however, the half-board price was not exorbitant & drinks / snacks at the poolside or the Quarterdeck Bar, were commensurate with the prices charged in the local bars & restaurants. The service we received throughout our stay was exemplary. Of particular note were dining room staff members, Lennart & Patrycja, who were happy to provide informative & occasionally humorous responses to our many enquiries. My review of the Blue Elephant Restaurant can be found elsewhere on this site.. We look forward to booking another stay at this hotel in the very near future.

Hells Bells
I stay here every year …the Hotel seems to be getting worse …the staff used to be very friendly and attentive but now it feels like they are not bothered and you are just a statistic …on one of the days someone had smashed a glass in the lobby cafe and it took nearly an hour to clean the mess up in spite of it being a public area…the manager was very stern faced and seemed for it not to be her problem…even though she was in charge …The Blue Elephant restaurant which was marketed as one of the best Thai restaurants in the world was terrible …the service was non existent…I would never use it again…the food in the breakfast room was cold and not very appealing….i think now after coming for a number of years my time with this hotel has come to an end ….next year probably the Dragonara Hotel …
