the hotel rooms were stunning, so lovely and house keeping came every day! reception were friendly and helpful. easy to check in and out. no construction noises at all like i'd seen people speak about in other reviews. location of the hotel was PERFECT, literally a 2 minute walk from the strip which was so good for our girls trip. we were also right next to a supermarket too and close to a spar. it's unfortunate the pool wasn't that deep and there weren't many sun loungers but we just went to the beach. breakfast was okay, some variety but i expected slightly better. the dinner was 3 set menus so not much variety unfortunately as they were all quite similar. you also had to pay for drinks at dinner (even water) which i think is ridiculous as you get drinks with breakfast. service at dinner was often slow and a lot of the time the AC wasn't working in there so we were sweating. next time if we came back to this hotel, we'd probably do self catering. all in all a good trip.
Hotel well presented. A lot of building work going on noise stops at about 4pm. However it start at 7.30 to 7.45am and the dust is every where. Food B&B was great and evening menu good. Staff very good bar and restaurant front desk were mostly helpfull other than the 10.45 complaint this one i had to go to reception as the phone was unanswered. Had to report to Loud music foul language and rowdy behaviour to the reception there nights in a row. They tell you they cannot do anything till 11pm, the time I complained was 10.45pm. The last night I complained 3 time on the same room 10.45 /11pm and 2am in the morning and 4.30/5am in the morning. Groups of young men and Young women stage night and her night out, note the complaint were two different group of people that had no consideration for anyone other than there Selfs.
I would rate this hotel 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst holiday experiences I've ever had, and in my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standard of a 4-star property.
We paid for a package that included breakfast and dinner, but the food was consistently disappointing. Breakfast and dinner were often served cold, with very limited choice, and the food frequently appeared not to have been heated properly. On our final day, there was a food inspection taking place, which did little to inspire confidence given our experience throughout the week.
The dinner service was particularly poor. We were surprised to be told that water came at an additional charge, despite dinner being included in our package. As a result, we chose not to eat dinner at the hotel for the remainder of our stay. On one occasion, a server even asked how I would like my chicken cooked, which I found concerning.
The room itself was also disappointing. None of the windows could be opened, and the towels provided were some of the roughest and most uncomfortable I've ever used in a hotel.
The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The hotel's website mentions possible disruption due to construction work, but the reality was far worse than expected. Construction noise started every morning at around 6am and was extremely loud, making it impossible to get a proper night's sleep.
Housekeeping was also unhelpful. Only one toilet roll was provided per day, which was not sufficient, and when we requested more, we were told we would have to wait until the room was cleaned the following day.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Just back from a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel . Good location perfect for exploring .Staff all good , nice breakfast with a view . Yes there is construction work going on next door but really didn’t affect us at all . Rooftop pool etc all open for use . Thankyou
Room on the ground floor is the worst. Close to the elevator, no window and no natural light. They ask for extra payment to “upgrade”. Photo is misleading, the lady duty manager looks done with all the complaints. Construction on going. Very bad experience.
