Excellent time at the hotel for 4 nights ! Muthu from guest services was extremely efficient with all request, kind and friendly as always - in general staff 5star service.
Welcoming
So many areas deserve praise, all staff are exceptional so friendly, polite and efficient. Our room cleaned and replenished by Marucal, Noura cooking eggs always smiling and chatty when not too busy, Sumi, waitress, Varnsi, Marisa, Yashooa, always there to greet you, part of team Kontiki, Jasmina, Bisraq, Marnie in La Bistro, Francesk, Alex, Tania in The Bridge, Sunny always helpful and smiling around the pool and a great group who work at The Edge restaurant. I have named only a few of the whole team who work at this hotel when there are many more and all of equal professionalism and friendly service. Our thanks to all who helped with queries and assistance at reception, not forgetting the food and presentation from the Chefs especially the absolutely marvellous BBQ.
