This is a lovely comfortable hotel ! What makes it so good is the staff.The reception and taxi desk go above beyond to assist you. Such a relaxing experience since I arrived. Some remark it’s dated but why change something that works in the interest of clients. Thank you , Anne

Fabulous location, amazing facilities and warm welcome
On first appearance the decor was a little old fashioned for me but it’s not it’s traditional and don’t let it put you off this hotel has got it all! The rooms are very spacious the bed huge everything is immaculately clean the service exceptional. You can always get a sunbed, the pool and sea are like a bath! Not one single meal we had either in the hotel or in Valetta wasn’t exceptional food is mainly a combination of Greek and Italian but better than you’d get in Italy or Greece and the prices! We were eating a meal with cocktails for £40-£50 for the two of us! Honestly go to Valetta the people are lovely and the town do clean and beautiful and this hotel is literally a 15min walk away from everything you can even get a shuttle bus up the hill!

Good just a little tired round the edges
Location is down at sea level so to get in to valletta if you don't take the shuttle is quite a physical thing if your of a certain age. There is a good atmosphere around the hotel . Rooms are spacious though a little tired. Original price was ok for what we wanted but there are only 2 things that are 5 star in this hotel and that is 1. the cleaners. 2. The ladies working the bar area in the afternoon. Depending on where abouts you are the noise can be so different. We had a sea facing deluxe double which looking to the inside a harbour i wouldn't consider sea facing. But that's just my opinion.

Great place to stay.
Brilliant location, excellent facilities and staff are amazing. Room was really nice and clean. Hotel was fantastic. Fully recommend a stay here. Booked as part of a package with a cruise stay vacation and will be returning for a further two nights after the cruise. Great place, good food, lovely people, all you can ask for. 👍
