Amazing 4 Night Stay
Amazing hotel and staff. Pool area and gardens were gorgeous with great views and the hotel was just steps away from the entrance gate to Valleta. Our room was clean and well appointed. Although throngs of people are walking to downtown Valleta, due to the way the hotel is sited high in the historic bastion walls, the hotel feels like an oasis. The cost of the hotel was definitely worth it and I would stay again.

Excellent stay with a hidden pool
We stayed for three nights in a sea view room on the 2nd floor. The room was small but managed to have all the amenities you would expect -and the house keeping kept it topped up apart from water which was disappointing. The highlight of the hotel is the restaurant which was excellent for breakfast and the pool, which is set at the end of a long path but really made the stay worthwhile for us.

Unique experience Malta
The Phoenicia was a marvelous hotel. Impeccable service. Pool, garden area were a joy to use. The location just outside the old city gates was an added bonus. Hotel and room were clean and well managed.

The best in Malta!
My 2nd coming to the Phonecia and its always been a great experience. This time i booked the sparkling brunch and it was fab. Definitely worth a treat of you are coming to Malta!

The hotel was amazing, but the staff was even better. The hotel drivers Francis and Maria were beyond amazing. The airlines lost our luggage so they both tagged teamed and helped not just with driving us to stores and recommendations, but went so above and beyond to help us locate our luggage. We were only in the hotel for one night, but they continued with making several trips to the airport and when the luggage finally arrived two days later that the bags were diverted to a different location where our cruise ship was pulling in. They located two of the bags, but one was still missing, for several days they helped me not just load the final bag, but get it landed back to my hometown. On top of that, I had moved on with my vacation and tried my best to compensate them for all the troubles, they insisted that they were happy to help me and did not provide me anyway for me to pay them additional money for all their trips to the airport and time they put in. I travel a lot, I have never experienced that kind of personal kindness. all I could think of how I could show my appreciation is to write this review. I would’ve loved for them to provide me a way to pay for all the troubles and they insisted they would not take any money from me. So amazing that there’s still people in this world like this, definitely gonna make me a better person. Thanks again Francis and Maria, I hope to see this review!
