This hotel is just 100 m from the Praia da Oura Beach in Albufeira, one of the best beaches in the Algarve, and within walking distance of the nightlife area, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Links to the public transport network are in the immediate vicinity and the bus station and railway station are about 2 and 6.5 km away respectively. Faro Airport is approximately 40 km away. This is a complex of 54 apartments with spacious balconies, some of which offer magnificent views of the sea. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a deck with sun beds. Meanwhile, fans of the fairway can head to the nearest golf course, which is 30 minutes' drive from the hotel. Active guests can also rent bicycles at reception to explore the area.

Simply the best
Years of travelling, this is the only hotel we have ever returned too, and within less than an hour of arrival it’s clear why. Currently on second day of a week long stay and it’s perfect can’t fault anything. Will finish review after my week comes to an end.

Amazing hotel

We had a fantastic stay at the 3HB Golden Beach Hotel as part of a wedding party, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience.
The staff were absolutely brilliant — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were amazing: spacious, modern, beautifully kept and very comfortable.
The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. We also really enjoyed the pool area, which was a lovely place to relax and unwind.
Being part of a wedding party, the hotel helped make what was already a special occasion even more memorable. We would definitely recommend the 3HB Golden Beach Hotel and would happily stay here again!

Wonderful holiday with such lovely people.
A really great holiday here, such friendly reception staff and cleaning and bar staff. Our only worry was the hill these appartments are on, also how near it was to the strip ( night life for younger folk. ) we did not need to worry on both of these, as the hill was not soo bad, and if you went straight across the road from the appartments , you can walk up to lots of restaurants and bars away from the strip. We are just in our 70s and did not find it too bad, even with dodgy knees and backs. We hardly heard any noise , we were in appartment 10 , which was fabulous. The towels were changed every day and the beds changed 3 times in our 10 day stay. I would really recommend these lovely appartments. Great places to eat nearby and use the uber app to go to the old town which was great We did a boat trip to the caves, that was really good. Nearly opposite the appartments were washing machine that cost 5 euro for a wash taking 30 mins. We just went back to the bar for a drink, then collected it and put it out to dry on the balcony . Thank you to all the staff at 3hb apartments golden sands for making our holiday just perfect.

An Oasis.
This was our second stay at the Golden Beach apartments, it was the same lovely reception lady, who warmly greeted us as when we arrived, 2 years ago with the same friendliness and lots of useful information. The whole resort was just as good, if not better than before, please read other reviews, super friendly staff, from reception to cleaners, the poolside bar staff, the rooms are cleaned impeccably every day, everything is close at hand, super beach literally yards away, selection of restaurants nearby, well stocked supermarket very close, an ideal location and about a 8 to 10 mins away from the nightlife, but just far enough away to have an undisturbed nights sleep.......................................and yes we've already rebooked for next year!
Fantastic stay
This was our second stay at this hotel and couldn't fault it. We paid extra for a sea view which was well worth it. The room and balcony were spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were really comfortable and everything we needed for a self catering stay was provided. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for us, close to all amenities but very quiet and secure. We will definitely return, thanks for a lovely stay!
