Adriana Beach Club Hotel Resort

Another mixed review, I’d read reviews before arriving and as always we said we would make our own judgement. Some points have come up that have been raised by others really are annoying which include the number of flies. Some people may say this is natural but there are things that could be done to alleviate the problem, like emptying bins and cleaning where spillages have taken place. Grounds are beautiful and much care is taken to keep it like that but at what cost as there is a clear lack of bar staff in the evenings and an even bigger lack of seating around the entertainment area. If you are a non smoker and don’t like smoke don’t come here as the smokers rule. There is no area for non smokers. If you like watching dancers you are in for a real treat as dancing appears to be the main event for the animation team, there have been a couple of evening singers aswell. The food is average and like others have said does not stay hot, it is plentiful but repetitive. I’m sorry for jumping back and forth but the bar area can be confusing too, there is a bit on the bar for Normal all inclusive another bit for coffees and a bigger bit for premium. This does however change throughout the evening when they feel fit. We did have an issue with our room safe and it took a very long time to resolve, the resolution however was that although the safe was clearly broken (and still is) we just had to change the code to a different code. Solved for now but a new occupant could choose the number we found is broken! Please check where you have booked and where your accommodation is. We were in some ways lucky I booked a central twin room and for some reason expected it to be right beside and amongst the main area. This actually is in the centre of the resort and only a few minutes walk to all amenities. Without the upgrade you could be placed across the road in a separate area which is about a ten minute walk. Just to reiterate this is my opinions of the resort and it may suit many but it has not really come up to my expectations.

Location is in the middle on nowhere but dors have access to the beach just a reminder isnt for the faint of heart. Service is appalling! I had to speak inglish in my own country! These people do not want to be there! Such a bad experience! There were flies everywhere! Specially in the food! 🤢🤮 We Portuguese love our food and are known from good cuisine this was something else altogether!!! Never felt so embarrassed of being Portuguese! Awful! We were literally dumped in a side building we had to cross a road with our 3 year old and at night there is barely any light we had to turn the light of our phones to guide us the way! The only good thing the bed was actually good the room had a landlord makeover if you know what i mean poor finishes ans sockets painted over 🤦 the tv was so small a wonky that was just bad... I genuinely do not understand how is this a 4 star hotel!!! This is max. 3 star dump!
