Lovely stay, would definitely return
Had a lovely stay at the Balaia sol hotel. We booked through on the beach and it was detailed check in was only open until 8pm (our flight was arriving late) however on calling the central line they confirmed reception was open 24/7. It was also noted there would be a €300 cash deposit however when I called they said they could take this on card and we were not actually asked to pay this when we arrived. The location is only 15/20 min walk from the centre (new town) and it was easy enough to get taxis. All staff were lovely and we had no issues during our stay. The pool was usually quiet and easy to get sun beds and we really enjoyed the decor. The only let downs were the shower, it was quite difficult to manoeuvre as it was only a small shower head stuck on the wall and there was no full length mirror in our room. I would however definitely return.
Nice Hotel
It is a small hotel that is perfect for relaxing. It is ideal if you enjoy a natural setting; there are wooded areas nearby for walking, and the beach is just a five-minute drive away. The rooms are well-equipped and include a kitchen. There is a swimming pool—not huge, but sized appropriately for the hotel's capacity. The cleaning staff are very pleasant; Emely took good care of us and got us toilet paper and soap whenever we needed them. Thanks thanks!

Lovely stay
A great stay! Went with a large group of friends and they were very accommodating :) all the reviews about getting charged for different things and expensive deposits we didn’t have this . All staff were friendly and we had a great time thank you
Outstanding staff!
Our rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was wonderful and the perfect, quiet and friendly atmosphere. The best part was how Federico & Alejandro handled a passport that was left behind. They went out of their way to make sure it was returned in a timely manner. I commend them for their work ethic and commitment to their guests. Obrigada!
