The elegant rooms are equipped with all the electrical appliances required for a comfortable stay, and some have access to a porch or balcony overlooking the green gardens of the Falésia Porto Bay.

Lovely hotel, with superb views - few things missing for us.
The hotel has introduced a policy not allowing inflatables or balls in the pool. Last year the family used them. This year they were banned. The pool attendant was over zealous in policing this banning parents from using rubber rings for their babies. A guest bar in the grounds would be good. The pool could do with a slope or steps rather just ladders. Breakfast was very good. Service was excellent. The activities programme is excellent and Nicola was outstanding. The rooms were comfortable. The hotel could do with a shop to purchase water, crisps, chocolate and other essential items.

Two hotels, not one!
This hotel is nice and clean and we had a pleasant stay although absolutely nothing was communicated to us upon arrival, timings, locations etc or the fact that you could use their sister hotel (which is much nicer). It did all depend on who you got though because some of the staff were lovely and very helpful with others.
Buffet breakfast was lovely
Nice location but tad far out if your looking for nightlife each night you will be doing 20/30 minute taxi trips each way .

Really recommend PortoBay Falesia, the comfort, cleanliness, quality of service and staff is second to none. We keep going back and it never disappoints.
