I absolutely love this hotel. The rooms the staff food everything are amazing. I been looking for something to moan about but there isn't anything the attention to detail is top draw. Im definitely coming back. This place definitely deserve 5 star rating. I just love it 😀
Lovely Staff
Initial impressions were good with a friendly welcome at check in and, as our room wasn’t ready, a good lunch with lots of choice. The ladies that show you to your table at mealtimes were all particularly helpful but quite why some people think they don’t need to queue and just help themselves to any free table just amazed us.
The food was generally good with enough choice for most people. The salads were particularly fresh and appealing, as were the breakfast choices and evening desserts. However, sometimes there weren’t enough cups at breakfast time so we resorted to taking a mug from our room instead. Also, the toaster is excruciatingly slow and should be your first stop in the morning. We also had a take away picnic lunch twice which was excellent.
We did choose to go out to eat for dinner a couple of times for a change and there was a particularly good Italian restaurant near Falesia beach. Drinks are plentiful at all times of the day with lots of choice with the all inclusive deal. Our suite was a good size but I wonder how many people actually use the toaster, microwave and hob. We certainly didn’t but the kettle was well used. They don’t supply any tea bags or milk but there is a good sized fridge and a small supermarket just around the corner. They leave you a bottle of water each day but we also bought some extra from the same shop.
The bed was comfy, air conditioner super efficient and quiet and the shower hot and powerful. Everything was lovely and clean and the maids came every day although they only change sheets and bedding every three days.
Having a pool side room in the south wing meant we could see the sun bed hoggers out at 7am every day, putting down their towels and moving the beds to their required positions. We counted at least twenty reserved by 7.15am on one day. We actually preferred the north pool as there were more spare beds and the pool is a regular size and depth. The south pool is kidney shaped, shallow around the edges and deep in the middle so you can’t really swim properly in it. At either pool, take note of how the sun moves during the day as what seems like a shady spot first thing in the morning often ends up with much more sun later in the day. Some of the bed hoggers had no sun by early afternoon, which seems like a poor result for getting up early to put their towels out!
They do put on some entertainment which could be exercise classes, tasting sessions or music on some evenings.
Overall we enjoyed it!

What a fabulous week!
We stayed in a self-catering apartment - large and livable - overlooking the South pool. All the kitchen things you'd need (but not a coffee plunger - we'd brought our own). The bed was really comfortable, as was the lounge suite. Great shower.
The ambience of the hotel lobby and lounge areas is chilled, stylish and sophisticated. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked good.
The pool is clean and a perfect temperature - easy to bliss-out on one's sun-lounger.
We walked down to Falesia beach; by the time we arrived (around 10-ish) the sea was quite choppy/strong current. The yellow flag was showing - it's a good idea to Google the beach-code as there are fines for ignorning it. (There is a shuttle service to the beach - check with reception.)
Finally, the thing that makes this hotel fabulous is the staff (reception, bar and cleaning). So good at what they do! They really made the stay special.

Portugal First Timers
Our Suite was very spacious, although it was a little tired, and unfortunately our balcony overlooked a car park. The beds and pillows were extremely comfy, and nearly everything you could wish for in a kitchen, was provided. On a personal note, it would have been nice to have had a coffee machine! We had a problem with our bath tap and the only way to fill the bath was by using the shower head, which took an absolute age. We did report the problem, but nothing was done. We found the Staff in Reception and the Dining Room extremely friendly and efficient. Although there was not a huge choice of food, there was something for every taste, and generally it was extremely good quality. Good enough to have gained weight! We only used the South pool, and there were always sunbeds to be found. The quality of the pool water was checked regularly. If you are looking for entertainment during the day or evening, it is virtually non existent. There is a shuttle bus to the beach which you need to book. We cannot comment on the bus or beach however, as we didn't use them, due to not being well for most of our 10 day holiday. We did manage to do one trip to Albufeira Old Town, which was definitely worth visiting. The taxi cost €15 each way which we booked through Reception. All the public areas are kept very clean.

Amazing Patio Suite Hotel.
Fantastic value for money. We were all inclusive, and everything was catered for !! They even supplied us fresh milk to make ourselves a brew in our room in the morning.
