Luxurious hotel on Algarve
This was the most wonderful holiday at the Domes Lake Algarve. Staff were all exemplary. Special thanks to Monica, Daniella and her team for making this holiday outstanding.

Akash Domes Lake
Just been on a mini break with my wife to this wonderful place, all the staff were amazing but I’d like to say a special thank you to Akash who worked at the pool bar, who made our days even more special
Truly 5* Service
What an exceptional hotel with the best service from friendly staff who bend over backwards to do anything for you. A true 5* service! From moving parasols, spotlessly cleaned rooms, sun lounger service to the waiters remembering what drink you liked in the mornings without having to ask. You don’t need to move if you don’t want to. This hotel is the best we have ever stayed in. Akash from the pool bar and every other member of staff who worked during our stay (wish I had taken more names) were truly amazing from start to finish. There is a short walk in opposite directions to the beach and the marina. We will be returning! Thank you so much for the most relaxing holiday we have ever had.

Wonderful week at the best hotel in Vilamoura

NOT 5 STARS
Location good, 5 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants.
Check in was good, reception explained everything and we were given a list of activities and restaurants during our stay.
Breakfast was chaotic at times staff running around like headless chickens, lots of staff no coordination and ordering and receiving coffee was a lottery most mornings. In general food average for a five star hotel, was plenty of variety but same everyday. Waste food bin in full view of guests, should be out of sight.
Buffet restaurant we used twice, plenty of variety but food quality not what I’d expect of a 5 star hotel.
Spa area, 1 hour complimentary each day (10 minutes enough) , not what I’d expect from a 5 star hotel.
Room was nice with a huge and comfortable bed! Room clean and serviced daily sometimes quite late in the day, and also turn down nightly .
Would I stay here again? No
