Top quality hotel
Only been in hotel 3 days of a 12 day stay. Staff are excellent. Shout out to David and Luisanna on reception helped me organise a taxi and restaurant reservation for our anniversary meal and a bottle of fizz delivered to room to help start the evening off right. Food excellent and staff very attentive. Bar staff excellent. Special lady in the restaurant always singing obviously happy in her work and brightens the morning with her song. Also no sun bed wars.

Cold pool!!
Love the hotel but not in September. The pool is freezing! They apparently do not put the heater on until October even though the nights are cool now. The hotel is busy and there are 4 people in the pool. The rest of the hotel is gorgeous.

Fabulous 4 star hotel, excellent staff who really do look after you and excellent food. We certainly will come back for our next Madeira holiday.
Just one issue - the hairdresser is awful. My Wife wanted a wash and blow-dry - he did not listen at all and did a style that he thought she wanted, it was really awful.

Just come back from a wonderful 10 day stay at this wonderful hotel. It was our second stay in 2 consecutive years. My husband and myself had a free room upgrade and it was amazing! We went with our son who like me has coeliac disease and require a gluten free diet. We were helped immensely by Erica and other members of staff who catered for our every need. They have a gluten free breakfast area but we were slightly disappointed to see people using it who shouldn't be walking over with normal bread on their plates which could cause cross contamination for us coeliacs. Entertainment is pretty good and plenty of sun beds too. Hope to return again one day. My favourite hotel to stay in thank you

Stay at the hotel was really nice the staff were really helpful The hotel was clean the room was spacious and clean Lovely wine and food Would have been nice if the indoor pool was open
