Very good stay
Overall very good. Breakfast and dinner were good, and activities and the hotel was very nice. The negative points were the long waiting for the elevators and the daily cleaning needs big improvement.
A lovely family stay in a great hotel!
This hotel was fantastic! We stayed for ten days with a four year old and one year old. We would recommend it!
Highlights for us:
- Rooms were spacious
- Restaurant food was varied and high quality (better than your usual all inclusive rubbish in our opinion)
- Pools were lovely
- Perfect splash park for the kids to play
- Lovely kids disco every night
- Great performance of Lion King at outdoor theatre
- Beautiful Spa
- Hotel is very clean and looks beautiful
- Staff incredibly helpful and friendly - Kamil on reception was lovely and really helpful! All staff in the restaurant area were great! Kids disco staff at 7pm were excellent!
- Great location!

Some points to note (other reviews mention this and I think it is fair):
- Lifts are fine majority of the time. However, we did wait 25 minutes after breakfast one morning to get back to our room. They do deploy a staff member to manage the lift queue at busy periods which helps. Ultimately the lifts are too small with an odd system for the size of the hotel. This can’t be helped by the staff.
- Our room was spacious and decorated nicely with a lovely view of the city. However I don’t think the room was completely clean and the times of the room being serviced weren’t great, quite early morning and inconvenient.
- Breakfast is at 8am and Dinner is at 8pm - this isn’t a negative but I think a helpful point to note if you’re booking this hotel with small children. This was ok for us as we just kept our kids up later and they slept later the next morning.
- There is a Kids Club called the Rocky Club. The same staff did the disco and they were fantastic. However, it is a shame the kids club room isn’t available for an hour or two a day where parents can supervise their own children in there. I’m not a parent that wants to use a kids club on holiday but I would still like my kids to play in the room and use the activities. Most of the day it was locked and in darkness so this room is under used.
The above points aren’t necessarily negatives, I just think they’re worth mentioning!

A very pleasant family stay
Excellent location, great food, pleasant staff. The beach is a 5 minute walk but staying inside the hotel for a day is equally relaxing. Would go back again, enjoyed the whole holiday.

Nice hotel
Beds were awful! Food was just there. Close to the beach. But far from everything else, and taxiprices are way too expensive.
But it was a luxurious hotel, nice and clean.
Nice looking hotel, but everything opens so late. We went to restaurants instead of using the hotel.
Good and bad experience. Beautiful roms, and Nice view. Close to the city, restaurants and everything we need. But the noice at the hotel ruined all of our nights. The show starts so late and gets louder and louder. And also everything Opens so late. I have never experienced that in any hotells in the world before. Dinner is so late at 20pm. And pool area opens at 10. Normaly they open at 07 around the world. And all the long lines at the elevator and to restaurant. Most days we would wait 15,20 minutes for the elevators. Every single time. Breakfests was good. But Dinners was ok. Usualy leftovers. And Staff in this hotel does not look happy ever. They look like they hate their Jobs.
