Do not go to this hotel! We booked an apartment at the back of the hotel and on arrival we had to give them a €200 deposit. We arrived late so in the morning apon inspection the place was filthy. Toilet was brown and bath had black all over the edges and the glass shower curtain. The floors were filthy and we found a toenail, not ours. Day 2 we were asked if we wanted our sheets changed but we had only been in them one night so declined, they didn't change them again in 8 nights! Unfortunately we went out in Benidorm and I was drugged robbed and beaten badly, my friend who we suspect was also drugged managed to get back in a taxi. I lost 8 hours and came to at 9 in the morning in the street. I'm 55 years old and made my way back to the apartment. I banged on the door for a bit and in my fuddled mind thought that my friend must be dead so I went to reception, I was hysterical and kept repeating that I had been beaten, robbed and drugged. Reception called our room and my friend answered. They then called the Spanish police and had us thrown out of our room because I was very upset. We got 30 minutes to leave and when I asked the police if they would take a statement they told me to go to the station. It took 3 days to get my medical report, 2 different opioids in my system and police report and we eventually went back to the hotel with this and a letter asking for our deposit of €200, a deposit of €20 for an iron and the money for our 6 days we didn't get to stay there. The manager wasn't there so we spoke to his assistant, a little bald man who wouldn't give us a receipt for our documents and was very nasty. I feel that this hotel are part of the problem in Benidorm which is the most dangerous place I've ever been. The assistant manager was laughing with the other reception staff as we left with no refund. We did get told that this hotel does anything not to give you your money back and so instead of trying to help my situation with doctors and helpful police they kicked us out and kept our money! Disgusting place and evil people! Do not go to this place.

Filthy and criminal!

I stayed at this hotel from 16th until 19 Sep 2025. The hotel itself was not bad and is a 8/10 food was not bad . Most staff I interacted with seemed pleasant for most of the stay especially in the dining buffet area ! Lovely work guys xx  
The sign in the lobby near the lifts gave conflicting check out times (“before 12AM”. in English vs “antes de las 12 H in Spanish) thinking checkout any time before midnight of my check out date given my transfer to
The airport from the hotel was at 15:40 I went down to the pool area and got some food which took some time given it was a bit busy. On going back to the room to collect bags to
And tidy up to leave, my key would not work. Went back to reception and was told that check out was about an hour ago and I need to pay a late check out fee of €30 I told her that the sign says “ vacate rooms before 12 AM “ and was not aware they meant 12 PM noon.  She then said that meant I should have checked out 12 hours ago if I am to go by the sign.  This did not  make sense as my check out date is 19/9/25 and before 12AM is the 18/9/25 we were charged the €30 nonetheless and told we can now leave at 15:00 h. They also mentioned having written the check out time on our card booklet but even upon first looking at the booklet we could not make out what it said and thought it was payment for something  as it said 12.00 which we didn’t question but should have. We took accountability for the hotel misleading sign and for  not asking questions. When I tried to explain the confusion to other staff at reception they were dismissive rather than helpful this left a poor impression on customer service skills and lack of ability to resolve issues in a professional and respectful manner as Alejandro Mihaela ( the bald guy with the mustache) came off very hostile and started speaking in Spanish in a unpleasant tone.  He needs some customer service training or be put in the back somewhere he doesn’t have to deal with people. I was even told “ what do you want me to say sorry ? What is sorry going to do for you ?” By another Staff at the desk Uhmmm RUDEEEEEE!!!! I did recommend the signage  be fixed. As “apologizing” for poor signage doesn’t reimburse me my €30. Do better with people skills ! x

Confusing check out time and Dissmissive Staff

I have just returned from spending a few days in Benidorm at this pleasant hotel. 
All the staff are very friendly, approachable and hard working, including the lifeguard, security, hospitality, cleaners and reception staff. 
The food, especially at dinner time, could be warmer, however, there are plenty of choices and the desserts were delicious. 
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It has lovely mountain views, and the complimentary bus service, helps you to get to the beach and back to the hotel. 
Thank you for a lovely stay, and I hope to return next year 😊.

Delightful stay in Benidorm

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Pool is great. I would recommend anyone to come here. The rooms are exactly as described

Hotel stay

Breakfast had a huge variety and lots of options recommend going down! Rooms were clean we had no issues although the balcony had an awful view but we didn't spent much time in the room anyway. The pool area is clean and has a lovely bar which sells lovely food throughout the day starting at 10.30. It was pretty noisy at night but it didn't bother us.

The hotel is up a huge hill the shuttle bus comes every 20 minutes and is free takes you to the strip and back.

Check-in and check out was very easy. Also a little shop inside the hotel aswell as an indoor bar.

Maids were in every day cleaning rooms and giving fresh towels.

We really enjoyed our stay here and will stay again when coming to Benidorm!
