Fantastic Staff and Hotel
Got home a week ago and already want to return to this amazing hotel. Met Hamza and Marisi on reception who were amazing & welcoming they always had a smile, the whole team throughout the hotel was FANTASTIC and made the holiday. The location is just 5 mins walk from the old town. I stayed on the 10th floor the room and facilities was great, The food and service in the restaurant was second to none. Met Angel (boss) in the hotel who asked if I was being looked after in the hotel (nice to see that passion for service) Definitely! was my answer. I became a fan of this hotel very quickly and will be returning. Thank you to the whole team for a great holiday experience.

Lovely Hotel
Lovely hotel, very clean.. The premium room was fantastic comfortable and clean... The pool area was nice and staff lovely... Breakfast was plentiful and nice lovely overall stay
Fabulous hotel
This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Great location, lovely rooms, lovely pool area, friendly staff, great food. I would highly recommend this hotel. Nearer the old town than the new 😁

Great experience at climia benidorm plaza
The climia benidorm plaza is very nice hotel very well situated in the center near to the sea and all accommodations (shops, restaurants Etc ) you will be happy to spend your holidays there. The hotel areas ( room, restaurant,swimming pool, gym) are all clean and well maintained. The animation team is very friendly and professional the atmosphere is very friendly people are always welcoming to visitors. As the hotel is in the city center you will appreciate your stay.

Great Holiday
Really enjoyed my stay, was there for three weeks from the 4th ofJuly, staff are friendly and very courteous, will do as much as possible to help you. Food was excellent, plenty of variation. Rooms were nice, cleaning staff on the ball, Value for money, with a great atmosphere, Myself personally found the reception staff exceptional especially Hamza and Marisi, wouldnt hesitate to return there.
