Belroy not 4* at all
Good location . No atmosphere as no lounge bar in hotel had to use cafe Paris next door. Room good but floor not cleaned once only swiffed. Food was dreadful. No show cooking as advertised

Excellent hotel.
The Belroy, is the cleanest, friendliest, and most accommodating Hotel myself and my two friends had the pleasure of staying there on the 12th of October for a 4 day stay. The food was absolutely 💯 % fabulous, we couldn't of asked for better. Plus the front desk staff were so helpful with directions,calling us taxis, they just couldn't of been more helpful. We will all definitely be using this Hotel again and again.
OUTSTANDING
Hi I have stayed in many hotels throughout Spain and Benidorm ,Don pancho and cimbel hotel, to name just two, but I have never been in a hotel where the staff are as helpful and kind,, on leaving yesterday my car would not start,, battery related ,David on reception went above and beyond to help me ,I was so stressed and he could see that, he got two technicians from the hotel with blue T-shirts on ,sorry didn’t get their names!, they worked on my car for over an hour and eventually jump started the car , you are all amazing. the Belroy hotel are lucky to have you, and the cleanest hotel I have stayed in, Thankyou guys, that’s what’s called outstanding customer service 👌🙏❤️

Terrific Hotel
This hotel is fantastic. For starters do not believe the comments from others regarding the food, it was always hot enough with plenty of choice Our room along with the rest of the hotel were spotless and cleaned every day , we could not fault anything from the reception staff to the restaurant staff and cleaning staff ... all were very friendly and helpfull We will be returning that is for sure
