A wonderful holiday in an excellent hotel.
We had stayed in The Don Pancho before, liked it, decided to go again. We were not disappointed. It is in a good location. Plenty of choice in the restaurant. Excellent, friendly and professional staff from reception, the restaurant and housekeeping What sticks out is how private and quiet it is, close your bedroom door and not a sound from round and about can be heard. Thank you Don Pancho
Excellent stay
We had a fab time at Don Pancho. Rooms cleaned spotless. Hotel grounds were lovely tranquil all staff were friendly. Pool area was run by stefan and another man covered on his day of Stefan and colleague are. Amazing they look after everyone and ensure you have best time relaxing around pool. Also bar staff around tables were all friendly and worked hard serving drinks and food to tables by pool.The cleaners were in a team of a morning washing by hand sunbeds and cleaning all areas around although seemed quite compact there it was fine and plenty of umbrellas to go around. Restaurant breakfast we were only b n b it was a lively plentiful selection. We opted pay to have evening meal and it was lovely we chose eat at hotel most evenings after as choice was lovely and for €19 was worth every penny. Entertainment of night we saw some fab entertainment and drinks were branded spirits and great measures. It was met by table service of the floor staff who worked so hard serving drinks . It was lovely to see so many people dancing away on dance floor. We had an early flight and were given breakfast to our room night before in a donpancho . personalised box was perfect to see you over till airport. There is separate area outside hotel for anyone needing mobility scooter and I think was chargeable £2.50 night and they book hire company cannot book your own.overall would definitely stay at Don Pancho again and highly recommend

Don Pancho simply the best
We just got back from staying in the Don Pancho this was our third stay here. Would highly recommend this hotel for comfort, cleanliness and staff who are so friendly, helpful especially the pool staff and the pool attendants who never stop making sure that your stay around the pool is is so relaxing with making sure that you always get a sun bed or parasol if needed. The rooms are spotless. Cleaners in every day. All rooms face the pool we have stayed on the 3rd, 5th and this year 11th floor the views were amazing. We stayed bed and breakfast so much to choose from. We also had a evening meal there which was amazing. Location right on strip but once you shut those doors can't hear a thing. So if your wanting a chill day around the pool before hitting the night life Don Pancho is for you. Booking for next year. Don Pancho thanks you again see you next year xxxxxxxxx❤️❤️❤️

Exceptional Hotel and Staff.
Arrived home today after an amazing 4 night stay as a group of 5 friends across 3 rooms.
We all agreed that this is a truly outstanding hotel.
All of the staff are first class. So professional and friendly. A huge thank you to the reception team, our wonderful housekeeper and the chap on the pool deck that does a magnificent job of allocating loungers and parasols.
The buffet breakfast was exceptional and again we agreed unanimously that it was a 5/5. All of the staff in the dining room were great too.
The hotel and communal areas are spotless and offer a welcome oasis after the craziness that some of Benidorm is famous for (the hotel location is perfect for nights on the strip or the seafront for a pleasant walk over to the Old Town).
I can see why this hotel attracts so many return visitors. I wouldn't stay anywhere else now when returning to Benidorm and would highly recommend to anyone that is considering booking. You will not be disappointed.
Excellent Hotel
Excellent hotel. The staff could not do enough for you especially the pool attendant always making sure that you had a sunbed and umbrella. The food was delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel was first class. Great value for money. Highly recommended.
