Dynastic Hotel

We have just come home from a family week at this hotel. My honest review was it is a brilliant hotel after reading some reviews I was apprehensive especially about the food but we loved it, they had themed nights everyday and there was something for everyone no they didn't have British bacon but we are in Spain!! There were omelette, pancakes, continental choices and cooked breakfast, the snack bar was brilliant and my kids loved it and tea was amazing even my fussy eaters found something they liked znd the puddings were beautifully presented and went down a treat. The location was perfect and security was excellent you could only excess your floor and was a great idea. Our room was over looking the pool very spacious and bathroom was massive. Air-conditioning is not great but we coped. The staff were all friendly and entertainment was good lots of boredom buster quizzes to do as family around the pool which was a great idea darts waterpolo and aerobics in the pool, the evening entertainment wasn't amazing but it was good and they do there best. The ques for drinks was minimal we never qued for long and the drinks were nice. The only thing I could fault was the size of the pool it is not very big and does get very busy i was concerned when I first arrived but it was ok there are no inflatables allowed or ball games depending on who is on lifeguard duties sometimes small boys were allowed. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would go back.

Overall the hotel is a good hotel. Not a 4 ⭐.as advertised. We stayed B&B and the food was very good. Good choices and edible you would be pushed to go hungry. Very clean restaurant staff kept it clear at all times. The outside area was filled with far too many sun loungers right up to the fence finding hard to walk to. Probably around 15 umbrellas so everyone was fighting for them. Really good kids pool area and playground the main pool is a halfmoon shape and you were trapped in like sardines. It's far too small for the size of the hotel it was also a very murky/cloudy colour not sure it's cleaned very often. The lifts take forever to arrive 1 having a serious crack on the flooring. Rooms are nice cleaned throughout daily but do need updating to retain a 4star rating, the bidet leaked around the floor and the grout was becoming black around the shower area. There is a shower room when you leave but avoid if possible this is in the spa and honestly I wouldn't give it a 1 star I'm glad I didn't book a spa because I would have been mortified tbh

This hotel is one of the worst I ever stayed at. First day of arrival staf was very rude. I tried to give my papers because normally everywhere I travel you have to give your travel voucher. But the woman at the reception was really rude and said no just give me the passports en pulled them out of my hands. The rooms weren’t clean at all everywhere you could find mold. Bed sheets were dirty when you try to ask for new sheets in the evening you get the answer: no we can’t give you new sheets the cleaners aren’t here wright now. Or bathroom curtain was stained with mold old hair was found. Room smelled really bad round our airconditioning there was humidity. Which lead to use having a really bad cough .There is little to no children animation when there is an activity to do its based on the bigger children and it most of the time always the same activities. At the bar there is a sign that says no lifeguard from 2 pm till 4 pm it’s not placed at the pool self. when there is a lifeguard present they are not paying attention to the people in the pool they sit to the side and go on there phones or start to talk to people for hours without paying attention to the pool or what is happening around them. Like for example my little cousin fell at the pool really hard and hurt his elbow it was really swollen the lifeguard didn’t do anything we had to go up to the front desk to ask for a first aid kit. They give alcohol to children that look older than their actual age there isn’t a clear difference between wrist bands from adults and children. The floor under us was flooded with really hot water, every time the elevator stopped on the second floor the whole hallway smelled like cannabis. The elevator floor also has a giant crack in the floor. The drinks you get at the bar are not the same the pre-picture this goes the same for the pool we thought when we saw the pictures the pool was way bigger until we arrived there can barely fit fifty people in the pool. In the restaurant the food is oké except for the desserts and fruit. Fruit is the same as the day before when we looked closely at the fruit there was mold on the them, the dessert aren’t kept cold enough. They prepare everything from 3-2 hours before you actually can eat, what causes the dessert to go warm. While we stayed here we talked to other guests who had the same experience so the problem isn’t only with us. The whole building is up to renovation every there is mold or are things broken there is water leaking out of the sealing the only thing they do is put a board with be careful the floor is wet, buckets with dirty water keep standing in the hallway. This hotel is definitely not a four star hotel. Location is okey you’re close to the beach and Lidl. This vacation was meant to be relaxing but it only gave us more anxiety and stress than comfort. So i can keep on going on. This is a hotel i will not be returning to.
