The hotel is clean, modern and very welcoming. The reception staff have been very helpful with any requests that we have had
The food and wine has been exceptional, breakfasts excellent and make a wholesome start to the day
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking to return in October and March of 2026, thank you waiting staff for wine recommendations

Excellent Service, friendly staff

When I Arrived here the Receptionist was very friendly explained everything and checked me in.
The room I booked was  supposed to be a Double room  it was a  Twin I was given instead ,  with a  Sea View and Balcony and yes it lived up to its Aura, but the room itself was very Dissapointing.
The Mini bar Fridge that was never stocked up I eventually realised was unplugged and not on, what was more shocking was there was  a block of Wood on the Fridge ,holding up the Shelf which came away when I tried to Plug in the Fridge. Really.
Two sockets in the room were not working , for two people this is a hell of a small room,   Isn't helped with the sink in the room, Strange .

The  Balcony is bigger than room.

The Meals in the Restaurant for Dinner and night time staff were very good, but Breakfast the first day I ordered a Full English Breakfast.
Unfortunately  everything on plate was stone cold looked like it had been cooked well  before and then put on the plate, the Beans were the only thing hot on the plate,  Scrambled eggs Luke warm, one miserable bit of Toast on the breakfast, no butter or jam,  it gave me the impression that who ever was cooking this , had no time for The English Breakfast.

Was it worth the price, I don’t think so, except for the  Sea View.

Disappointing

Wonderful hotel in the old town with beautiful views! Reception staff amazing very helpful and friendly. Some lovely staff at breakfast with a good sense of humour 😀.  We did find the staff rushed off there feet at breakfast du to there being no buffet, we felt bad keep asking for more coffee but I like lots at breakfast. Orange juice fruit and yogurt was amazing. The full English was slightly cold and the bacon varied please don't be offended by this as we loved your hotel. Bedroom could do with a comfy chair and a few pictures on the walls. But loved the wallpaper in the lift and toilets. Hotel smelt lovely and was extremely clean . Thankyou to all the staff and your hard work. We will definitely come back.

Lovely hotel with amazing views!

Stunning hotel and definitely warrants 5 star. Rooms have everything you need including a fridge. Breakfast was incredible and served in beautiful surrounding. This hotel is in the “Old Town” and is so handy to the bars , shops and the beaches. A special mention for the fabulous staff who couldn’t do enough for you with Marcus at reception getting a very special mention and making our trip fabulous!! Thank you

Short break for 3 nights

Spotlessly clean , lovely aroma on entering the building . Rooms bright and modern. Fab views we did not have a balcony  but as weather was not at its  best, it did not bother us but we  could imagine how beautiful it would be to have one when the sun shines. Pleasant and helpful staff . We had breakfast included which was lovely and to be waited on was a treat. We did notget around to trying  the bar or food in the evening but there was a lovely roof terrace, with a hot tub,albeit we did not try that  out either due to the weather.  We  would definetly return.
