Excellent stay 30th floor room absolutely stunning view of the beach Breakfast was ok could have been hotter Room was clean but a bit dated The A/C worked fine Bar prices pretty standard with outside bars about 3 euros 50 for a pint of Amstel We didnt eat at the hotel in the evenings but had great food in the bars around the hotel all were very good Fantastic bus service into the old town and the strip 2 euros each way if you ask the driver for a bus card which is 2 euros you can load it up as we did with 10 euros you can travel for 90 cents per journey ( bus 2 or 3 )turn left outside the hotel follow the road about 200 metres then go down the hill to a lovely small beach with some great bars One negative point it needs more sun umbrellas but plenty of beds And please clean the little plastic tables that you put by the sun loungers Overall a great hotel And the staff are not miserable as far as my contact with them went

After a late arrival we were greeted by Guadalupe at reception whos warm welcome and professional approach immediately impressed us all and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and every interact with the hotel team was polite & professional. The pool area was very impressive and relaxing despite it being busy . Further interacts with Guadalupe at reception as we seeked local information and direct were great and we cant speak highly enough of her attitude , approach she is a credit to the hotel team .. thank you all

I chose this hotel because it is advertised as a 4-star property, but our experience was far from what we expected.

Upon arrival, we found a cockroach in our room, and the windows were covered with a visible layer of dust, indicating that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. We requested a room change, even offering to pay an additional fee, but were told that it was not possible and that we should come back the next day. The room was only changed after we showed the staff the photo of the cockroach. Although the issue was eventually resolved, we were given exactly the same type of room, with the same layout and amenities, only on a different floor. Considering the stress this caused and the amount of time we spent at the reception trying to resolve the situation, we expected at least a goodwill gesture from the hotel, such as a complimentary room upgrade, but nothing was offered.

The reception staff do not speak English well enough, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. On several occasions, it felt as though resolving guests' issues was not a priority.

The restaurant was another major disappointment. The cutlery and plates were dirty, and we had to wipe them ourselves before eating. In addition, many of the plates were chipped, which is unacceptable from both a hygiene and safety perspective in a 4-star hotel. Some of the staff were unfriendly, and one employee even told us that since we were in Spain, we should speak Spanish. I found this to be a very inappropriate comment for a hotel that welcomes tourists from all over the world. I noticed that some employees, particularly the Romanian staff, spoke English, but most of the Spanish staff were unable to communicate effectively in English.

The elevators are extremely slow and poorly maintained. At 8:00 a.m., there was still trash inside one of the elevators, and another had a faulty control panel that stopped on random floors instead of following the selected destination.

The furniture in the rooms is very old. Although the hotel is impressive in size and offers beautiful views, the rooms feel as though they have been left unchanged since the 1990s, giving the impression of a museum rather than a modern 4-star hotel. In addition, the walls already showed the beginnings of cracks, which further reinforced the impression of poor maintenance.

On a positive note, the nearby beach is beautiful—clean, with fine sand, and very well maintained. The sea was quite wavy during our stay, but it was still perfectly safe to swim, and we really enjoyed our time at the beach. The umbrella and sun loungers are available for an additional fee, but this did not bother us. However, it is worth mentioning that the beach is public and has no connection with the hotel, so this positive aspect cannot be credited to the hotel itself.

As for the surrounding area, many of the nearby streets had a strong smell of urine, which made walking around less enjoyable.

Overall, I believe this hotel does not meet the standards you would expect from a 4-star property. The building is impressive from the outside, but the rooms, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall service fall well below expectations.

I would recommend that anyone planning to stay in this area consider newer hotels or villas instead. The difference in terms of comfort, room condition, and facilities can be significant.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, and I would not return to this hotel.
