A truly awful hotel . Food dreadful . The lifts were terrible . Queues of up to 20 mins just to get in a lift !! Rooms were tired . I only went to this hotel as part of a disco festival which was held there ( that was fab btw ) I would never want to stay here if I wanted a relaxing holiday and good restaurants. I would question its 4 star rating as well .

Recommend for nice budget friendly vacation
Great location in the central part of Benidorm. Retro style but clean, well sized rooms with nice terrace and view. Stuff is kind and helpful. Food is delicious. Great yard with large sunny pools. Gym on top, plenty amusement and activities for toddlers. Lot of different areas to reast or have a fun.

Not Good!!
Hotel location OK, Room clean and comfortable. Event rooms adequate. Staff unbelievably RUDE (apart from the maid who looked after our room) including reception, bar and restaurant staff.! It was shocking to me, this is not a cheap hotel and it is supposed to be 4* ( I wouldn’t give it any for friendliness). Very noisy and way too big! The food was barely edible and I eat anything. The lifts weren’t all working so lots of stairs up and down (43 floors). I would NOT recommend this hotel! Benidorm itself was lovely!
Fairly Good Very Busy Hotel
We booked a premium room for a short break of 4 nights. The hotel is located quite far from Benidorm Old Town on Poniente Beach side, we thought this location was great tho - not too noisy but there were plenty of nice places to eat and drink and an easy short walk to the absolutely stunning beach. We were allocated a room overlooking the sea on floor 19. Stunning views by day and night. Both the balcony and the room itself were dated and tired. €3/night charge for safety deposit box disappointing. Beds very comfy. Door lock was a bit difficult to use. Housekeeping service excellent. Pool area was pleasant and clean, lots of sunbeds available but a bit short on parasols. As others have said, the waiting times for the lifts were terrible, particularly in the morning, for our entire stay there was never more than 4 out of 7 lifts in operation (usually just 3). Breakfast really isnt great anyway, we only used it once and opted to go elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. The Sky Bar is well worth a visit, it's €18/person which includes a drink - the sunset sky here is stunning. Staff on the bars were excellent, good range of drinks, great value for money, service efficient and friendly. Entertainment was ok. Overall it was a pleasant enough stay but I would probably look for an alternative hotel if I was returning to Benidorm.
