Pool

The best hotel in Benidorm. Staff are super friendly from start to finish, with every single member of staff being welcoming. 
The rooms are spacious and offer all the amenities needed and they are kept clean and tidy by the staff everyday.
The hotel is spacious with breakfast being held in a big restaurant with loads of variety of food (although things are not labelled so you have to ask about intolerances) 
The pool area is clean and tidy & Antonio the lifeguard makes it a fun experience around the pool whilst also being helpful!

Best Benidorm hotel. Good atmosphere, breakfast and clean rooms.

Great hotel. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Great location in town. Buffet breakfast well worth getting up for. We'll be back!

Great hotel in a great spot

Amazing hotel , all the staff were so lovely , the reception, the cleaning, the pool team , the breakfast guys! From the moment we arrived they made us feel really welcome. This hotel was so well organised we can’t wait to go back! Thank you to you all for making our holiday break so enjoyable

Fabulous hotel , spotlessly clean , great staff

The staff here are fantastic as is the hotel. Everything is clean and the cleaning ladies do a great job in the rooms. Only problem maybe was a lot of gangs and sometimes a bit noisy around the pool also a lot of people vaping at the pool bar very annoying while trying to enjoy a drink at the pool bar. But everything else was perfect including the most delicious breakfast and a good shout out to the man making the omelette. Will be back as I am booking again for September. 
 

Fantastic Hotel 

Drove here for our wedding anniversary, for one night, Edwardo on reception was very helpful. The carpark was awkward to find but once we had negotiated the auto shutter entrance, it was just a short walk away. We checked in and went to our room to find a loud electrical buzzing, we went to reception and Edwardo changed the room straight away, to a larger room with great views. We did not eat in the hotel but walked to the old town as there are some great Spanish restaurants there. The entertainment in the hotel in the evening was ok. We used the spa and it was very good, you had the whole area to yourself for 45 mins, steam room, jacuzzi, sauna and cold showers. All very clean and good. The pool side bar was excellent offering snacks too, all in all a pleasant stay

Situated at 450 metres from Levante beach and 1200 metres from the urban centre. Heated swimming pool in winter.
