Lovely hotel & great location
Stayed here mid September for a short break ( 4 nights ). Great location & very comfortable room. Good shower & free safe. We booked direct with the hotel and received a very competitive rate. Breakfast was a vast choice , plenty for all tastes. You can get a kettle from reception FOC but they do not supply cups or mugs. We are looking to return to Benidorm late March & will 100% stay here again. Thank you Helios for a lovely stay.
Exceptional
Have been going this hotel since 2018, at least 2 per year,we have nothing but good to say about the location, food, staff can't fault it, we had a bad experience in June there, stag type groups there, but, they have sorted it, I wasn't going back,but glad I did, absolutely 100 % can't fault it, for a quiet relaxing holiday for the young at heart but not of age ???
Great hotel
Hotel Helios is ideally located with plenty of of bars restaurants around. The staff make a perfect atmosphere at the hotel because they are all very friendly and welcoming I would like to mention Angela, Isobel and julia they are all very professional and very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them when helping you out. The rooms are very clean and comfortable the only negative I would have is that there are no drawers for storage!. Helios is good value for money especially if you are half board. We have been visiting the Helios for the last 12 consecutive years and have booked again for September 2027 and are all looking forward to our return.
Fabulous hotel
Have just come back from a 3 night stay at Hotel Helios. A great hotel, situated close to the nightlife, restaurants and beach. Hotel is spotless, room we stayed in was very spacious, clean, toiletries supplied including toothbrushes, comb and a razor. We received 2 complementary bottles of lager and water and crisps on our day of arrival - which was a nice touch. If you book your stay directly with the hotel you recieve 45 minutes of private use of the spa - steam, sauna and jacuzzi. I also booked a full body and head massage with Mar - it was wonderful. There are plenty of sunbeds available and the life guard was very diligent in removing towels from beds if they were now being used. All staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, if fact am looking to book next year already.
The best hotel in Benidorm by far
I stayed at Helios twice in the past year, and I cannot express how wonderful it was. The staff is absolutely perfect at their job, incredibly polite, warm, and attentive. Rooms are great, pool area is amazing, and the food is phenomenal. Truly, I cannot praise Helios, their management and staff enough.
