We are currently here on holiday as family of 4, two boys 11 & 15. Those moaning, on here. Wow. Rooms are spacious and clean. No issue at all. Cleaned daily with fresh towels as and when needed. The pool area is busy I agree, however we have been down late every day so far and got 4 beds together. I would rather close beds than not enough! My fussy eaters have eaten a full meal every service and not just from the kids section. Snack bar keeps you ticking over in between meals, in fact most days we have been there rather than having lunch in the restaurant. Breakfast is self service drinks, lunch and dinner drinks are served to your table- again no issue. The all inclusive system includes drinks, ice cream and lollies, yes you are charged for anything premium but that is to be expected. The card system everyone is making a big deal of is being blown out of proportion you can see exactly why it in place, it is to ensure the right person is being served what they are entitled too as there is a mix of half board and all inclusive- your family photo comes up when they scan your card. It isn’t an issue. If you want two drinks, take two cards. Simple. Location is nice and quiet but walking distance to beach and right on bus route (the number 10) if you want to venture a bit further. A wonderful place. Staff work like troopers. Entertainment keeps adults and children busy. You cannot complain about them at all. Ignore the moaners and enjoy your holiday as much as we are 😊

this hotel was underwhelming, there is a pungent smell outside in the pool area which made sunbathing on the loungers unpleasant, the loungers were overcrowded you couldn’t even stand between them and there isn’t enough umbrellas and if you are lucky enough to get one most of them were broken! evening entertainment was shocking and almost no one there watching it as it was so bad. food was repetitive and not a good standard whatsoever, they turn off the juice machines at lunch which was annoying, didn’t enjoy any of the meals rather dissapointed. rooms were clean and spacious no complaints there and staff were friendly and helpful and the location was ok too, a bit of a walk from the beach but in a convenient area for shops and bars. snack bar was fine but had to sit in designated seats and only ever seemed to be burgers and hotdogs, no menus for drinks anywhere and the all inclusive card system had to be the most irritating part of it all and i’m not sure it can even be considered all inclusive as you are not allowed ice cream, slushies, or any other snacks at the bar without having to pay, leaving very little option other than basic drinks. would not come back here and rather disappointed with our stay.

This was the second time staying at the hotel, the last being in 2022. Sadly, things have deteriorated and we wouldn't go back. This time, the drains around the pool really did smell; like faeces to me and like vomit to my wife. The food offering was really poor - I enjoyed one meal in a week. Last time it felt like more effort and expense went into meals, this time it felt cheap and badly cooked. There were positives, mostly the entertainment and bar staff. They were really helpful and cheerful. But the negatives sadly outweighed them. The location is so-so: bad for the beach or the busy part of Benidorm but good for local amenities, with Lidl, Aldi, Farmfoods and McDonald's all being close by.
