Food awful
I was so poorly with d&v on the last night of my holiday. I'm not sure if it was a bug or something I'd eaten. The ladies toilet near reception was full off sick/poop around the toilet and I'd overheard someone say there's been alot of sickness. Lady on plane returning home said alot of people had been ill that week including 2 members of her party. Room was lovely. Staff lovely. Plenty of food choices. Lifts were hit and miss and last day was a nightmare trying to get a lift with all our suitcases as everyone had the same idea. Hotel in great location
2 Week Stay
Stayed here in July for 2 weeks as a family of 4 adults and 1 child. Hotel is in a great location for shopping and bars etc. Atmosphere of the hotel is lovely, well decorated in some areas. I do feel the hotel could benefit from having more toilet facilities available during the daytime, the ladies toilet by the games room was out of order for several days, the outside toilets are located down a steep incline which for myself was okay, however my parents struggled using these as they have mobility issues. I would highly recommend opening the outside bar of a daytime and not just the snack bar as queues for drinks were quite lengthy at times. My partner took part in the daytime activities put on by the med player entertainment team and he even won some certificates. A special mention to the entertainment team Dani, Silvia, Luis and Marco you made our holiday a memorable one and we can't thank you enough. You all work so hard, and you don't always get enough credit for what you do 👏👏. Rooms are lovely and spacious, tea and coffee making facilities are in the room, we did find that the tea and coffee etc were not replenished after we had used them on the first and second day, we also had very little toilet roll from the third day and in the end had to go and buy some from the lidl across the road, even though we'd asked the cleaner for more toilet roll. The food on offer in the restaurant was nice, it did become a little repetitive after a bit but I find that with most all inclusive hotels. Overall we had a fab holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Benidorm.
Booked to come back next year, on day 3 of our holiday!!

No on a serious note..
We were greeted by smiley staff who were checking everyone in quickly and efficiently. We got a high room as requested which was fantastic!
Out rooms spacious, with enough room for our children to play without being on top of each other. Our beds are comfortable and clean.
The domestic staff are fantastic our rooms always clean and fresh when we return.
The foods fantastic, always something for everyone, fruit, seafood, meat, potato's, chips or salad! Always a great selection!
Entertainment is great! Everyone nights its something different, the singers are fantastic and deliver every time. The kids disco is great and on early enough for it to be enjoyed.
(My only complaint is, that its the same songs every day)
Pool activities throughout the day are great, plenty for people to get involved in both adults and kids. Pool activities and poolside!
We have actually booked to come back next year when we were only 3 days into our holiday!

Location is very good rooms were fab food was very good the people that say they can find any to eat most be some thing wrong with them staff are fab from reception to the cleaners go out were way to make sure it right .you make you own hoilday

Lovely week away
Before coming i was slightly skeptical due to all the recent terrible reviews but I honestly dont understand what people are complaining about. Room - lovely spacious room which was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We were looking over the construction site and never heard any noise from there unless you stay and listened for it it was minimal. Food - the food was lovely we have 3 children who can all be fussy eaters and they always managed to fill there plates and enjoyed going to the restaraunt each day. The staff work tirelessly to keep replacing the food. Yes there are some queues to get in the restaraunt but we never experienced any of these. Theres a sign outside that tells you the busiest times so if you are going in peak times you cant really complain about the queues to get in. Sunbeds - we've heard of the sunbed wars but we were never at the pool before 9.30 and we never struggled to get a bed they are piled up every where to place where you'd like. Snack bar - there was often queues at the snack bar but it soon went down and wasn't an inconvenience. Location - brilliant location there are bars, restataunts and shops all around and a lidl bang across the road. Entertainment- seemed okay the kids loved the mini disco but we didnt really watch much after that. If i had to pick any faults at all I would only say the shower in our room was often just a drip especially after a couple of us had used it. Also a few times when we went to toilets around the hotel there was no toilet roll which wasn't ideal. Overall we have had a brilliant week and would definitely recommend and would come again.
