Moreover, some of them even include extra facilities such as a private terrace to enjoy the view with a soft drink or a comfortable king-size bed with romantic and passionate features that give a unique touch to the guest room. Guests can exercise at the on-site gym, as well as disconnect at the wellness centre and enjoy a refreshing swim at the wonderful pool. Bussiness travellers might appreciate the meeting facilities. Brilliant hotel
Omg i can't believe the staff at this hotel, from checking in to restaurant staff ,cleaners even the bar staff they are the best staff i have seen in a hotel they are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble The food was always hot and I have allergies but I never struggled they always had fish and beautiful salad bar The rooms were lovely no problem air con was great maids were in every day clean towels It was our 1st time but it won't be our last but thank you for a lovely stay I met the manageress I will say you should be proud of your staff
Clean, comfortable hotel
Booked a 4 night stay on a half board basis. Great experience and convenient for everything you’d need in the new town. Staff pleasant and helpful. I couldn’t get my safe to work, somebody was sent up straight away to sort it out. Room cleaned daily. Food for breakfast and dinner were good quality and catered for all tastes. Prosecco at breakfast was dangerous though🤣. Would definitely stay again and reccomend for all

3 night stay in July
Staff were extremely friendly and possibly the most welcoming compared to other places stayed at in Benidorm. Young girl on reception was extremely polite and always helpful, the restaurant staff were also very friendly and welcoming too. Location of the hotel is excellent, very good standard of cleanliness and the food was excellent. Pool stays in the shade until lunchtime but to be honest there’s still plenty of hours if that’s your thing, we often went out for walks in the morning anyway. I also image a lot don’t wake up early in Benidorm too.

Some positives - some negatives.
Just back from a week stay at this hotel. I can’t fault the cleaners, your room got cleaned everyday with fresh towels and they done a fantastic job. The shower is powerful. I would say the rooms are a little bit dated compared to most hotels I’ve been too but didn’t put us off. The food - couldn’t fault, varied every night and was good standard. The hotel is situated very well, it’s right round the corner from the strip so easy to get home after a night out. The only downfalls I would say would be the pool area - no sun until lunch time and this is peak time in summer & it almost feels like your in a back garden with zero music or entertainment, I didn’t get the best vibe here but might suit other clientele for the quietness but personally for me when your on hol you need abit of liveliness. The front terrace was a sun trap but again, not really the vibe we thought it would be. The music lounge was closed too so never experienced entertainment at night here. We had a great holiday but unfortunately wouldn’t rush back to this hotel just due to the negatives we found.
Absolutely spotless, amazing staff
I have always wanted to stay here and it didn't disappoint.
Staff were fabulous, food top class and varied. Drinks very reasonably priced. Waiters in the front bar soon knew your order and were quick to serve. You also got discounts in other venues by showing your room key. Morgan's, Philippines, western saloon etc. Although it didn't work in some.
Great location, not too noisy at night too. Good bars opposite and it's just around the corner from Morgan's. Only downside was it's a small pool (but sufficient as its adult only) and the sun doesn't arrive till gone lunch. There was a run to reserve beds at 9 lol
The room was comfortable and absolutely spotless and I'm fussy! No dirty grout. I suffer with noise anxiety and had no issues. We were on the ground floor too and I was next to reception at that. You do have to pay for the tea and coffee etc refilling.
Would I return? Without hesitation and I'd go full board again, every meal was fabulous.
2 Small points, no toilet brush, and no pool bar but you can telephone through, never saw anyone do that.
