The Dorm 2026
Third visit to the RH Victoria, fabulous as always,atmosphere amazing Location spot on, rooms spacious and spotless, plenty of hanging space and drawers for clothes, tea & coffee making facilities a fridge and a free safe. All the staff go above and beyond they are a true asset to the hotel, a shout out to Jose, Raul,Jesus,Oriel,Ernesto,Alberto Nelly and all the housekeeping staff & Maintenance it is lovely to see how much you all obviously enjoy your work. For anyone needing to hire a mobility scooter its very straightforward and reasonably priced you can book online with a local company such as Amigos, different prices according to what size you require, a €20 deposit which you get back, they drop off and collect from outside the hotel and there is a space outside at the side of the hotel to charge your scooter and park it up, no mobility scooters allowed in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel we were all inclusive, food was hot and plentiful even fussy eaters would find something to eat here, I would say that at times the scraping of chairs and the noise of plates and cutlery being cleared away by the staff was at times bit grating but honestly that is my only fault, we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Benidorm and yes we certainly hope for a forth visit!

Family holiday
Spent a week here at the beginning of September with my son and my parents. The hotel is lovely, bedrooms felt comfy and clean. Communal areas of the hotel were also kept clean and tidy as well. A massive thank you to Alain from the entertainment team, he kept my son entertained and engaged during the pool games and he had the best time because of him!
another great holiday
We stayed at the Victoria for 11 nights,such a beautiful and classy hotel,we have stayed here 4 times before ,we requested a high floor overlooking the pool and was happy with our room 1807.A lovely room,fridge,and a safe and a tv, plenty of tea bags and coffee supplied,though i bring my own{tetley} tea bags!,shower room is excellent with a large soaker shower head and good pressure,didnt have to wait too long for the lifts{there are 3 in all} considering we were up in the gods ,theres a good size entertainment room though we didnt use it as we like to go out in the evenings,breakfast was excellent ,a good choice of cooked foods ,cereal,toast,fruit and yoghurt,i must say the cooked breakfast was very good quality,a lovely bright and comfortable restaurant and lovely staff, outside to the front of the hotel is a large sunny area where you can sit and have a drink ,with waitress service or you can go to the bar yourself,the pool is to the rear and although its not the biggest there are plenty of sunbeds,theres also a smaller pool where we usually sunbathe as that area is quieter and gets plenty of sun,although we love this hotel,perhaps they could look at replacing some of the sunloungers as a few are a bit saggy,I must say this hotel is spotless so a big thanks to the cleaners and also to the man who cleaned the pool every day,we watched him every morning from our balcony he actually dives down to the bottom and scrubs the grout on the bottom tiles,never seen that at any other hotel we have stayed at,so all in all a brilliant stay and will be back in a few months

Overall Good Hotel
We recently returned for a family trip, this was our fourth stay at the hotel. We received a warm welcome from Eva, and our room was ready earlier than 4pm which was great. Overall our room was very clean although the daily housekeeping was inconsistent with the floor not being cleaned, and no bedding change during our stay. The Restaurant team were excellent especially Jose, Raul and Paquita but everyone very attentive. We had an issue with charging to our room the male receptionist was unhelpful, and we had issues with our safe and balcony door the male receptionist again palmed us off. Air con was very good. Food quality was very good, bathrooms are tired and our shower leaked daily. Good location and overall quiet rooms made it an overall positive stay.

Awful human kindness
It’s very rarely I leave negative reviews but I feel this has to be said . We stayed 5-12 sept and my husband was taken in on the 6th and I rung reception to get an ambulance and ask if someone could come to the room as I was frightened. They said no one was available . The ambulance came and fortunately after a hospital stay he was ok . But not one member of staff contacted to ask how he was or did I need any help . For a hotel to offer not offer human kindness is not acceptable . But a big thank you to the two ladies in room 1406 who offered me comfort and said if I need anything just ask them
