Voramar hotel
Stayed here for a week, located in a nice part of the old town near the harbour, rooms were basic and in need of an update, there is a kettle but you have to pay €10 for tray service so take your own if you like a brew, The rooftop terrace was slightly cramped but amazing views, there were floor tiles that were not fixed down causing them to move, pool was small but adequate & bar service was ok too also mind your head on the doorway leading to the terrace from the stairs. The food in the restaurant was lacking in choice but the breakfast was very good, Some staff looked miserable and looked like they didn’t want to be there. An ok stay but probably won’t be back.
Not bad
I have a rather mixed review of the hotel. Initially we were so very impressed with the hotel itself. We were in the superior room at the front of the hotel with a partial sea view which was so lovely. The bar staff are amazing especially the young lady who was on the bar of the roof terrace and is so polite and helpful. Other Staff seemed very polite and helpful- the rooms were cleaned and tidied daily to a great standard which is lovely. The pool area is stunning when the sun is out and it's so relaxing to spend time up there and have a lovely chill and a drink. There seems to be a issue with a few people leaving towels on sunbeds and firing off for a while which can be frustrating, we heard other people say the same However, there is another area away from the pool with plenty sunbeds. One issue we found that the hotel lobby tends to smell of sewerage a LOT of the time which isn't too pleasant however we understand this is not the hotels fault. however it's not nice 😕 Another issue is I caught my sandal on one of the front facing lights on the stairs going up to reception which has come lose and I fell on the hard marble staircase and when I managed to stand up there was 2 staff on reception who didn't even ask if I was ok...😣 I would return to the hotel? I think so..... it has a lot more positives being central to old town and close to the beaches ⛱️

The Hotel Voramar in Benidorm is absolutely stunning! We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
The rooftop pool is brilliant, with both a shallow and deep end, making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone. The toilets throughout the hotel are really posh, clean and tidy too.
A special mention has to go to Manu, the entertainment manager. He is a genuinely kind and fabulous person, as well as being a fantastic singer! He always takes the time to greet people, chat and make everyone feel welcome. He really helps create such a lovely atmosphere in the hotel.
The staff behind the bars and in the restaurant are also absolutely brilliant, friendly, welcoming and hardworking. The reception staff are lovely too and always helpful.
The rooms are lovely, clean and a really good size. The beds can also be raised if needed, which is a great feature for accessibility.
The drinks are reasonably priced, which is always a bonus!
All in all, we would highly recommend Hotel Voramar as a place to stay in Benidorm. Great facilities, lovely staff, a fantastic atmosphere and a brilliant location. We will/are definitely stay here again!
Amazing
What an absolutely amazing hotel from waitressing staff to the reception staff . A massive shout out manu entertainment manager who is just incredible he’s an amazing singer and has great repertoire with the guests . The food has been excellent a good selection there is something for everyone. The room is very clean and tidy the maids come in every day to do your beds and mop the floors and replace towels .

Can not recommend the hotel enough, the staff were extremely helpful, courteous and attentive. We were made to feel welcome at all times and nothing was to much trouble. The entertainment was fantastic with a great choice of acts on every night (Manu the entertainment manager was a great guy who made sure everyone enjoyed them selves and Dante was one of the best vocalists we have heard) The food in the restaurant was excellent quality with a great choice for all tastes. The hotel was extremely clean and the roof top bar/pool area was amazing with stunning views. Location wise it was perfect, short walk into the old town and to several beaches, highly recommend and will be returning soon as we can. Price wise the drinks were of excellent value great selection and table service was excellent. We had a great time with excellent weather and felt safe in the surrounding area.
