Perfect Hen Party 🥳
Came for my hen party 🥳 have had the best time hotel is beautiful food and drinks are fantastic - Daniela was so much fun getting us all involved in the aqua workout and poolside games !

Mass tourism at its worst
If you like mass tourism this might be your place. Everything was loud, crowded and low quality. I cannot recommend this place at all.
Elevators were broken, so you had to wait 10+ minutes to get up to your room or climb the stairs (in our case 7 levels). Check-in took ages and we had to wait for hours until room was prepared. After that room smelled like waste and was not very clean (hairs on bed).
Hotel doesnt have a spot on the beach even though it is located at a beach. They dont know what all-inclusive means and charge extra for a lot of things (cocktails, changing beach towels, restaurants, parking, ...).
We will never come here again.

Would definitely go back!!!!!
Had a 7 night stay in the hotel in Sept, could not fault it! The hotel is very morden, clean. The rooms are spacious and comfy - lovely sea view - cleaners came every day with fresh towels. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant - The food was lovely, very fresh and lots of choice..- fresh prawns/ spider crab! Drinks were nice (beer was very good) - could get a drink easily (not like some other reviews are saying)! Only downside was on the all inclusive there was limited cocktails you could get but very minor point. You did have to queue for the food on some evenings but it was quick. Pool bar - you could get hotdogs, hamburgers, chips from the pool bar most of the day which was good if you didn't want to go for lunch in the main restaurant.
Location - beach right outside was great, sunbeds could always get one. There is small supermarket nearby and local restaurant. If you wanted more choice i.e strip of restaurants/ bars/ shops etc there is a bus that you can hop on and off straight outside the hotel which is very cheap 1.60 a trip into the marina. Personally we found the hotel location perfect it was lovely and quiet, where as when you go into the town its too busy/ lots of people but if you did want to do that for an evening you easily could. We did get an uber on some nights which was only 10 euro to the marina.
We did beach every day but the hotel pool does open at 10am which would of been slightly late for us.
Overall perfect hotel, would definitely go back and would stick to a non peak month i.e avoiding july and aug as i think it would of been too busy!
