Brilliant location, hotel and staff
Absolutely fabulous hotel the staff were all friendly and accommodating hotel is very clean. Facilities are great brilliant location. Lots of choice for breakfast and drinks menus. We had a suite as they were three of us which included two bathrooms a corner balcony and access to the lounge which then gave us unlimited soft drinks, water and access to coffee machine and in the evenings, red white and rosé wine as well as Prosecco. Never had an issue getting , and towels or free of charge from reception. Our towels were changed daily and every evening they left chocolates in the room. 25 minutes from the airport. Would definitely recommend. Also coffee machines all had great options for decaf including Cortado’s cappuccinos and lattes.

Hotel in great location.
Nice week long stay. Hotel in excellent position overlooking the beach, nice to sit in the outside bar above the pool in the evening. Room was clean and quiet at night even though it was facing a busy road with a few busy bars on it, glazing was very good! A nice walk along the seafront in both directions will take you to lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel has an access gate directly onto the prom with just a few steps to the beach. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice and fresh omelettes and eggs cooked as requested. Reception staff were very helpful when asking for advice about local buses. My only negative would be that guests put towels on sun beds and would disappear for ages, making it difficult to get a sun bed. There is a rule that after an hour they would be removed but they never were, we sat there all afternoon looking at towels on empty beds. Other than the usual pool issues we would recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay, could be better.
Lovely short break. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff at reception, restaurant staff less friendly. Cleanliness good. Only criticism was very poor standard of food.

brilliant location right on the beach easy accessible from hotel as there is a lift to bottom very relaxed atmosphere if you wanting a party hotel then this is not for you rooms overlooking pool area but I wouldn't have wanted to be on opposite side we were on top floor which was great free air con free safe pool area very clean an tidy there were beds for hire but needless to say they were empty as there plenty normal beds for free plenty choice of food for breakfast an dinner one thing I would say more information on local transport should be available as yiu can't use a debit card you need a green bus card which you buy from a tabac shop an load with credit or small amount of cash as they won't take big notes
The wonderful Riviera hotel!
Another amazing holiday at the Riviera! We honestly cannot fault anything about this hotel! We have been coming here for 14years and were looking forward to seeing the refurbishment-it didn’t disappoint! Fantastic! The staff are superb…always smiling and wanting to help-they are a great team. The rooms are spacious with a wonderful double bed and fantastic views. Room is cleaned everyday to a high standard with fresh towels etc-a special thanks to a Lola (floor 8) nothing was too much trouble for her! Thank you also to Fabbiana the guest service manager-she does a brilliant job. We have always enjoyed the food, but this year was even better! Each night there was a huge variety of delicious food…warm and very tasty! Always plenty!Pena is still an excellent chef on the show counter…he is great! Roberto and his staff have great organisation and nothing is too much trouble. A special thanks to Julia who works very hard and always has a smile on her face. Breakfast is delicious with a fantastic choice of fresh omelettes, pancakes, fry-up, fruit, fresh bread of all kinds, fruits, pastries-perfect! Pool area has a new ‘vibe’ this year…and I enjoyed the chill-out music. There were always plenty of sunbeds without having to que at a silly time. The lifeguard is fab and helps everyone! We honestly love the Riviera and wish we had booked two weeks! Please ignore negative reviews - they simply are not true! We cannot wait to return. Thank you all at the Riviera!
