Can’t fault our stay here at all. Hotel is a 10 min walk down to the beach , a fair incline back . Sunbeds around the pool were plentiful . Bar drinks very well priced . Breakfast very good buffet . Didn’t have any issues throughout our stay . Staff very helpful at the front desk . Would return .
Spent 4 nights away b&b, defo a 3*, rooms basic but have everything you need. Best shower ever ! Tea & coffee in room, good air con. Breakfast good selection. Staff friendly & hard working. Up a very steep hill but worth the walk to the marina with plenty of restaurants & bars. Rooms could do with a refurb but fine for a base. Pool area a bit grubby but plenty of beds. Could do with more sun umbrellas.
Just back from a 4 night stay at the San Fermin. Really lovely hotel, exceptionally clean, good standard of breakfast, fabulous friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, shower room if your flight isnt til later, great pool area.
My only negatives were...
The queues at the bar. They seem to be understaffed in this area. The staff are all working so hard but there's just not enough of them. Waited around 20mins for a drink each time. They are all still so cheerful under pressure and special shout out to Raul who always made us smile, guapo!
The hotel is on a very steep hill which you have to walk down to access the beach. After the hill there are a load of steps down to the promenade so for anyone with mobility problems, this hotel is not for you if you also want to go to the beach etc.
Apart from those 2 things, we had a great time and I would return. Thanks to all the great staff at the hotel!
A 3 star review for a 3 star hotel. We enjoyed our stay overall. A nice breakfast in the morning, close to the beach. Great pool area However there were also some negatives. We had some dirty towels with makeup stains and the plates at breakfast were sometimes quite dirty still. You have to be out and found sunbeds by 9 am if you want one with an umbrella or even a decent sunbed. There are barely any umbrellas for the amount of sunbeds around and yes people do resarve sunbeds even though it says it's banned. But overall we did enjoy our stay here
Overall this is great hotel for 3 star. Our rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday with plenty storage. The shower was large, powerful and hot. Breakfast was good (the hot food was not always hot but was warm) there was plenty of choice and was never over busy/crowded. The outdoor area was great again not overcrowded with plenty of space around the pool. We never had issue getting beds however there are limited umbrellas which are fixed. The main negative for us was the pool bar where it always took ages to get served. It was quicker to go to supermarket. We did eat at the food truck and the food was good. It is up the hill from the beach but didnt bother us your not up and down it all day and can get food etc near the hotel. The positives did outweigh the negatives but if these issues were addressed the hotel would be perfect.
