Another Exceptional Visit
We have just returned from another wonderful stay at Ikos Andalusia, and once again the team made our holiday feel very special.
What really sets Ikos apart for us is the people. There is a genuine desire throughout the resort to look after guests and to make things right. Even when there are minor niggles, they are dealt with promptly and with genuine care. It is this attention to detail and determination to be exceptional that makes Ikos so special.
A particular thank you to Argyro from Food & Beverage, who took the time to understand my dietary requirements and worked hard to ensure I was well looked after throughout our stay.
At Flavours, Aloaro Nunez was incredibly helpful, kind and genuinely interested in making sure my dietary needs were accommodated. I would also like to thank the lovely lady chef, Suzie, who was so helpful and prepared the most delicious lentil burgers for me. It was wonderful to have chefs who not only understood my requirements but also made the effort to create food that was genuinely delicious. We also had so much fun with Andrea at Flavours, who brought such a lovely sense of warmth and personality to our meals. Sonia and Maria were also wonderful and made us feel very welcome.
We also had a lovely evening at Provenance, where Natalia was incredibly efficient and attentive. She helped make our evening special and is a real credit to the team. We returned for a second dinner our last evening saving the best until last.
Mohammed at the Lobby Bar deserves a special mention. He got to know exactly what we liked to drink and would have our drinks waiting on the table as we sat down. That level of personal attention was such a lovely touch and made us feel genuinely looked after.
Our housekeeping staff, Andrea, also deserves a big thank you for looking after our room so well throughout our stay. These behind-the-scenes touches make such a difference and are very much appreciated.
Gabrielle, originally from Réunion Island, deserves a special mention too. Working at the Scented and Central Pools, he is incredibly hardworking and seems to be constantly on the move, making sure everyone has a drink and that guests are looked after. He genuinely goes the extra mile and his energy and commitment really stood out.
We unfortunately needed to use the onsite doctor during our stay, and we were extremely impressed with the service. The doctor was excellent, efficient and professional, and having this service conveniently available within the resort was extremely reassuring.
Victoria at the Scented Pool was also always friendly and helpful, and it was lovely to see so many members of the team taking such pride in looking after guests.
There were a couple of minor things during our stay that weren't quite right, but what matters to us is how they are dealt with. At Ikos, you really do feel that the team wants to listen, resolve things and leave you feeling valued. That willingness to go the extra mile is a big part of why we keep returning.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to another memorable stay. We love returning to Ikos Andalusia and are already looking forward to coming back next year.

Fantastic
Absolutely incredible experience, start to finish. Deluxe was impressive food and impeccable service. Johan at seasons and Louis in the kids club were exceptional and an absolute joy to be around. Excited to stay at another Ikos
Relaxed excellence- setting the standard for other 5 star hotels
We are just about to finish a wonderful 7 night holiday in this beautiful hotel. We have been to 3 other Ikos hotels on several occasions and this was our first visit to the Ikos Andalusia. It has honestly been amazing. We have been staying as Deluxe guests and from the start of our holiday, we have to commend the wonderful Fatima from the deluxe concierge service. She seamlessly and discreetly checked us in and checked in with us periodically through our stay and responded to any question, queries and requests we had quickly. In fact the whole of the deluxe concierge team who staff the amazing WhatsApp group were all excellent. As has been said by other reviewers, the food here is fantastic. So much choice, great portions, fabulous ingredients cooked to perfection. We stayed most of the time by the deluxe pool and had exceptional service all week with an extra special thank you to the two Josh's, Erica, Fernando and Doris to name just a few. We loved Seasons for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a big thank you to the wonderful Eva, Athena and Johan for their perfect service. The wine tasting which was hosted by Athanasia , the Head Sommelier was truly excellent- funny , informative and we learned a lot.. We were lucky to go to the spa twice and the treatments we had were amazing- Hugh thanks to Mahi and her fantastic team for their magic. The grounds are stunning - they are carefully but beautifully tended by skilful staff who should be commended for their work! Overall this is an Ikos hotel on a slightly smaller footprint so you can easily walk everywhere but still maintains the exceptional standards of the group. We have loved every minute and cannot recommend it highly enough. Our room was 5105 and it was beautiful with a fabulous view. Sunrise is as beautiful as sunset.

Heaven on Earth!
It’s hard to put into words how great IKOS Andalusia is… from the amazing food to the fantastic service, no stone is left unturned. The hotel staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure their guests are having the best possible time. I have to give a very special mentioned to Konstantinos, head of food and beverage at IKOS Andalusia. His eye for detail when it comes to elite levels of service really does shine through across the entire hotel and the staff he manages so well. I cannot praise the service highly enough and I am already looking forward to my next visit… which will be my fifth and is purely down to the way this hotel and their staff makes you feel. Amazing work guys and see you all soon :-).
Ikos is great, but the staff are what makes it special!
This was our First visit to any Ikos resort and I will say I was blown away by the levels of service.
The room was clean and well kitted out with loads of helpful things like Irons, Hairdryer and a Steam Cleaner.
The Food and Drink were amazing and every restaurant we tried was great quality and the staff in each were exceptional.
We went deluxe and that includes not just a brilliant restaurant and pool for exclusive use of deluxe members but a concierge who is always on hand to help with issues.
Our concierge was Bella, and she was fantastic! We had 1 issue during our stay which to us was a minor inconvenience, but to Bella and the rest of the team was taken as a serious problem and they way they dealt with it was so professional and showed they cared so much, we have already booked our next Ikos for 2027.
Bella was of course the star of the show, but all the staff were also incredible, including but not limited to, Christian, Yegor, Ericka, Josh, Dora, Alejandro, Antonio and many more whose names I am ashamed to say I have forgotten.
This is now the only resort company we plan to use going forwards and the deluxe upgrade was absolutely worth the increase to me personally.
