Professional Staff Led By A Professional Manager
I have checked in few times before at this Hotel Recently checked in on the 28th of July 2026 I would like take this opportunity to special thanks Mr Younes Khallouk Who made my staying this time very comfortable and smooth Thanks again Mr Younes such a professional in charge person who loves his job, doing his best to ensure guests best comfort stay, is what actually makes a difference. You chose to provide your services with style and professionalism reflecting how should a manager be. Special thanks for the staff at the breakfast zone and the restaurant waitress as well they were amazing too with a lot of choices to choose from, been a chief for more than 23 years now and i can tell the food is fresh and deliciously cooked 👌 Thanks again for everything Till the next time stay blessed

The only thing that I have to complain about is that the pools don’t open till 11.30 am Which is a big thing as most people were complaining about this Everything else very good
Wonderful hotel
Everything is great staff to facilities. The only improvement needed is the shuttle is slow and you have to spend long time and pass So many stations to reach your place (example: from grocery and restaurants area to the hotel). 2nd wifi speed needs improvement.
Girls holiday away
Location was a bit out we had to get a taxi every night. Atmosphere nice Room , we had to ask to change as we got a double not a twin. Room is very open plan and no privacy when having shower , toilet or bath. Vaule- reasonable Cleanliness-good , room got cleaned everyday with change of towels. Amenities- Use the gym - very good Pool - use two of them. Weren't told that one of the pool is use by people that are members of the fitness studio. One member wasn't please that we were using up the sun bed and told us we should use the other pool for hotel members only.
