This property is 3 minutes walk from the beach. Hotel Fuerte Marbella enjoys a superb beachfront location in the centre of the old town. It offers free WiFi, views of the sea and 2 swimming pools. The El Olivo restaurant offers a buffet breakfast and a changing dinner buffet menu. It also has show cooking. Fuerte Marbella has a piano-bar, a coffee-shop and the Beach Club Restaurant which specialises in fish and paella. Guests can receive special prices if they wish to play at golf courses in the area. The hotel also offers visits to the old town. Hotel Fuerte Marbella has a charging point for electric vehicles.

Our second stay at El Fuerte was just as incredible as our first, and once again, it proved to be a true paradise.
From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. A huge thank you to Sandra, who once again took such great care of us from making our reservation right through to check-out. She was so helpful and attentive, and made sure everything was exactly as we had requested, including the room type we had booked. It really made such a difference and was very much appreciated.
The extensive outdoor sunbathing areas are fantastic, with plenty of comfortable loungers, and the beautiful beachfront location is private, peaceful and secure.
The restaurant is stunning, and breakfast is absolutely amazing, with so much choice. Having champagne available at breakfast, included in the price at no extra charge, is such a lovely touch!
The Select area is truly outstanding and was well worth booking. It’s the perfect place to relax throughout the day, whether you want to enjoy snacks, a light lunch or a few drinks. It’s also a lovely place to unwind in the evening and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
This hotel really does tick every box. Beautiful surroundings, outstanding facilities, excellent food and wonderful staff make it somewhere we can’t wait to return to.

Fantastic sea view suite & warm hospitality at El Fuerte
We had a lovely 9 nights in a sea view suite. The room was fabulous, clean and relaxing with fantastic views. The hotel was excellent! All of the staff were absolutely fantastic and that was one thing that stood out so much. From breakfast staff to housekeeping to reception, all really friendly and professional. The location was also very convenient. We are regular visitors to Marbella and have stayed at several hotels in the area from Puerto Romano to Marbella Club. Our stay here at El Fuerte was equally as pleasant and really enjoyable & certainly far better value.. We will definitely be planning to come back and stay in 2027. Thank you!

This may be the perfect hotel…
I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels that were lovely and well run, but this actually was perfect. It’s a large hotel with a significant amount of staff that never get in your way, but just provide excellence service and comfort. The food was fantastic then of course sitting on the beach in Marbella looking out at the ocean is pretty great to start with. But I don’t want to minimize that every detail was looked to by the staff. I had complained upon check-in that I’ve had trouble sleeping in the platform beds in Europe and how uncomfortable they are for me and the gal said don’t worry about that. I’ll take care of it and make sure you have a great bedroom and we did. I slept like a baby the entire time we were there.. there were multiple areas where you could sit and read or have a drink or talk with many pools and drink/food options. Five stars are not enough.

One of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in.. from the concierge through the hotel to the Pool Attendants the staff were 5 star… especially Maria in Up house.. can not recommend El Fuerta enough. 5* and beyond
