Really nice hotel in a super location. Excellent beach access and very close to restaurants and Orange Square. Staff are very attentive. Hotel facilities are very much 5 star. The only negative I would give is some of the rooms could do with updating. They are clean and very comfortable but the bathrooms especially could be refurbished. We will definitely return
We stayed here for 3 nights as we were attending a wedding in Marbella. Some real positives- the location on the promenade and close to the town centre was great. There were excellent restaurants (not on the promenade!!) nearby.
The pool was pretty busy but the pool guys always found us sun beds and there were plentiful towels etc.
Breakfast was truly exceptional with a different major theme each day and service was good, with the bar also being great with good service and reasonably priced wide choice. Only let down was lunch selection where the snack options were poor.
The "art gallery" walk to the breakfast room was fun and helped the atmosphere which was quiet and modern, and felt luxurious.
The bathroom set up was a bit weird with cubicles off the main entrance to the room, but sliding doors gave some privacy from the room. Being nit-picking the dressing table mirror didn't exist- it looked like they had replaced a mirror with a TV- but there was good hanging space.
In summary good location and service with a couple of quirks .
This was our second consecutive visit to this hotel—excellent quality throughout, and excellent choices for breakfast—lovely well appointed, and comfortable room—easy walk into the old town, and lovely walking area along the promenade—we didn’t need anything else—
We spent a week at the hotel in May this year. The location is super, close to Orange Square and Marbella shops. The pool is heated and staff at the pool were great. Our room had a sea front view and was satisfactory. Breakfast was good and staff helpful and courteous. The only disappointment is the main restaurant menu. It was disappointing not just for myself as a vegetarian but also for my husband who is not. The pasta dish was more than al dente it was chewy, it came with what can only be described as a balloon of buretto cheese which when cut into became a milky mess over the pasta. I opted a few nights for the veggie burger which was good. There was simply lack of choice. There was an excellent waitress name Roxanna, very professional, we always hoped for her to serve our table. The other staff in the restaurant were okay but a bit hit and miss at times. We dined at the beach restaurant which I found underwhelming and very busy. Otherwise, this is a very good hotel and I will definitely be returning soon.
The hotel is located in a great position, close to old town. The staff were fantastic. Pools very nice. Breakfast was busy but incredible.
Well with the price and worth a visit.
