I can’t recommend Tyler and the team at the Hard Rock Hotel VIP Team highly enough.
Not only did they take such wonderful care of my friend, who unfortunately had to travel alone due to my illness, but they also went above and beyond by providing me with all the information I needed for my travel insurance claim.
Their kindness, understanding and support were very much appreciated during what was a difficult time.

Wonderful Hotel and Outstanding Service!
A huge compliment to Chef Bouchta! He is truly an outstanding chef and does his job with so much passion and dedication. The food is always absolutely delicious and prepared with great care.
His grilling is especially amazing – both the grilled meat and fish are cooked to perfection and taste excellent every time. You can really tell that he knows exactly what he is doing.
Chef Bouchta is also incredibly friendly, polite, attentive, and always welcoming. You can see that he genuinely loves his profession and cares about making his guests happy.
For us, Chef Bouchta is definitely the best chef in the hotel! Thank you for the wonderful food and the great hospitality. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Bed clothes not changed. Stain on bed sheet
We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We found a stain on the bed sheet and it was obvious that the bed clothes had not been changed before our arrival. For a “four star” hotel this is not what you would expect. Paying a high rate for low standards. Changing of the bed sheets is standard practice. Would not recommend this hotel. After reporting the issue the best reaction that we could get was a change of the sheets. Requested a manager but guess what, he was not available. Disgusting and disgraceful.
Nice hotel
Staff very friendly especially if you make an effort to be friendly,I even attempted to speak Spanish much to their amusement but they appreciated the effort, all good natured. Daughter felt ill with tonsillitis and lady at the evening bar made honey and lemon drink for us to help, that was kind and very appreciated. Only negatives for me were the non stop music ( but it is Hard Rock ,so was expected), walkway under the high way is grim and of course the high way is very noisy all night. Beautiful hotel building and pool areas, excellent breakfast and when DJ came on around lunchtime the pool became a fun atmosphere. Daughter will return with her friends.
