One of the best holidays being on with my family
This hotel is no 5 star but it's so much to offer the hotels is clean the rooms are very good size for a family of 5 the food is amazing we gone all inclusive so we had our food and drinks all day from 8 in the morning to half 9 at night your could eat the food was nice and plenty of it always hot the manger made should the food was right all the time the manger was so really nice always welcoming u see you ok he was amazing he name is Imed Baccar this man knows how to run the restaurant and bar always there to help there was 2 birthdays there when we were having dinner he got all the staff on the floor to stop what they are doing to wish them happy birthday just the way he did it was something special he never stops running around making should everyone happy fair play to him only one thing I don't let about the hotel was the shop very expensive for stuff but that's only a small thing to me shops 5 to15 mins away 200% will be coming back
Happy, safe and chilled
I want to thank all off the staff at this hotel, everyone off them went above and beyond to make our stay safe and welcoming, it's a beautiful location and the shuttle bus to the town centre was ideal, the entertainment was absolutely amazing and the staff got involved to make it more special, thank you all so much and I can't wait to to get back 🤗🤗

Excellent vacation at costa park hotel
Great hotel made check in very easy to deal with rooms were clean and entertainment was good for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely make a return
October holiday
Positives : Hotel seems very clean . Room was spotless and maid very good ,good air con, spacious although dated and needs updating especially the bathrooms. Pool size great and plenty loungers dotted around grass areas and pool area. Hardworking staff on the go all the time . Imed is particularly excellent . Shuttle bus regularly to the beach and town is handy as it’s far out walking with kids. Mix of adults and kids and different nationalities.
Negatives: Confusing if you are half board. E.g Love our afternoon and evening teas and coffees but get charged 2 euro for a tiny paper cup for rubbish coffee out a machine and staff refused to give me another paper cup unless I paid even though the tea was burning my hand! 8 year old son also got into trouble from the man in the snack bar for filling a water bottle from shop with water from the machine . Bar Staff seemed nicer to all inclusive guests . Shop expensive for snacks or drinks and in general . Aldi is handy at the bottom of the road . Food average and not a massive choice. Overall good value for money and nice place . Stayed in better and stayed in worse . Overall nice hotel , hardworking staff and clean

Overall a great holiday! Few issues with double pushchair, width of lift, doors etc, but that’s gonna be the minority! Very friendly staff! Nobby! Get in touch please, you made me smile 🤣!
