All inclusive break
Ok hotel, food wasn’t great poor rather below par and only 1 bar open at a time meaning long queues for drinks. Staff helpful though
Brilliant time had by all age range
We had a lovely time the pools were amazing. Food and drinks all inclusive 10/10 Rooms a bit dated but would definitely return
Family holiday
Nice hotel, big rooms. lovely staff, though long check in. Little one bunt feet on pirate ship, the deck is painted black with no water on it, when we mentioned it to staff we were just told everyone wears shoes on it, noone does. If kids are meant to wear it please put a sign there, we weren't first ones who had this issues. We had one day with Irish travelers there, thanks God only one, felt bad for the staff. Easy to get to town or back to o airport
Amazing hotel
Amazing staff, great location, food was amazing, something for everyone, the entertainment was brilliant, and the pools where amazing and hotel was very clean
Lovely hotel but some troublesome guests!
This is my second time here and we really like the hotel and the area. It’s not too far from town and has a free bus service. Room was clean and have no complaints. It was a shame that the place was overrun by Irish Travellers for some of the time, really rude and causing trouble, fighting there was more security put on just to watch them. Also there was a lot of Spanish people and I hate to say it but I found many of them rude and pushy. The staff are really nice and accommodating and have no complaints there. The food was ok, we.were down at the pool most of the time and really enjoyed ourselves.
