We will be visiting again!!
This is our seventh visit to this hotel and we will be returning for an eighth visit next year! I always come away with my daughter and we have a relaxing time. September is a lovely time to visit Spain as its not too hot. Hotel has a family run feel about it as the staff are always so friendly and always recognise us. A big shout out to Sergio at the front desk so nice and friendly and will accommodate you the best he can. Rooms are quite basic but are fine and very clean and comfortable. There is a small fridge in the room so you can put your bottles of water in. (There is an Aldi close to the hotel to purchase water) Rooms are cleaned everyday and beds are made too. Breakfast is good with a selection of hot or cold food. You can sit inside or outside for breakfast. There is a small pool with some sunbeds and umbrellas that opens from 10am. The pool area could to with a little TLC. Maybe new sunbeds and there a few tiles missing in the pool that need replacing. Location is brilliant. A short walk down to La Carihuela beach where you will find loads of restaurants and shops. Also a short walk to Belamendena marina where there are lots more bars, restaurants and shops. Two Ale Hop shops also that we love! All in All another great trip to Arcos de Montemar. See you next year!!

Arcos de Montemar is the Rare Gem in Torremolinos!
Ideal location. Close to Carihuela beach and great restaurants. The Arcos has such a lovely, homey atmosphere. The rooms are exceptionally clean with good amenities. For the price, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Raquel, Susannah and Julian treated us as if we were old familiars. We felt so welcomed and at home. The hotel, itself, abounds with old world charm. We stayed on 2 different occasions between February and March. The second visit was a lovely surprise because we were able to enjoy the upper room with a large balcony. The outdoor area is well cared for and a lovely place to relax at happy hour. The Arcos exceeded all our expectations - hospitality, cleanliness, charm, location and attention to detail. We can hardly wait to return!

Another great stay.
Our 8th visit here and it never let's us down. Location is superb, the atmosphere is really good and welcoming, the rooms are the rooms everything you need, and the staff more than willing to help. You cannot complain aboutnthe value either, wether you eat it everyday or not the breakfast is definitely worth getting in you package. Sergio and the team are really good and very welcoming. Ifbyou are a young couple looking for a party hotel this is not for you, if you want a nice quiet.place this is the one.

Great apartment, but no outside space.
We stayed in a self catering apartment which is actually across the road from the hotel. You can still use all the facilities at the hotel. The apartment was really good, well equipped. Air con was a game changer. Fit 4 people in really well. But beware, there is absolutely NO outside space to sit. No balcony or terrace at all. There is a washing machine you can use to dry your clothes, but if you enjoy sitting out having a drink in the evening these are not the place to stay. The swimming pool area is ok. Quite small, and could do with a bit of a re vamp. There were some missing tiles off the pool, and it was just a bit ‘sad’. The lady behind reception was brilliant and everyone was really helpful. We had a great time, and would recommend, but if you’re the kind of people that like a pool holiday this isn’t the place for you.
Second visit and certainly not the last
Second visit and a great relaxing break. Stayed for four nights Room spacious with fridge and TV Hotel was very clean, both the bedrooms and bar and area were you had breakfast. Good choice at breakfast time with fruit or fried options, just help yourself. Bar very reasonable and the early evening two for one a real treat What makes this hotel is it’s wonderful, friendly, welcoming staff Hope to come back again Thanks for a great time
