Great hotel and great staff
Well where do I start this hotel is fab every staff member amazing especially animation team Franky,Edgar and Maria Ismael the bar man makes amazing cocktails and sangria all very accommodating and friendly. Down to reception staff, waiters, dining room staff and housekeepers all very hard workers and friendly. Food is great so much choice breakfast and evening meal. Love the pool area love the Aqua aerobics and water polo but we had great friends we met while at the hotel that made this good fun. Would I return 100% The hotel is a little walk out of town but loved walking in to the busy town but was always good to get back to the tranquility. We went to the beach that’s attached to the hotel it was lovely the sun beds are €8 each but the beds were so comfortable big comfy mattress on sun loungers. We went to the little beach hut to get drinks and it’s great just walking up and getting them cold cider and beer We went once beach club next door got a lovely cocktail but a bit expensive.

The worst hotel I have ever been in. We got food poison as a lot of others will never be back would definitely not recommend this place
Horrible
Very disappointing experience. My Adidas shoes went missing from my hotel room, and I strongly suspect that someone from the hotel staff took them. Please be extremely careful with your belongings if you stay here. I would not expect this to happen in a hotel.
Fantastic 10 day break away at Ibersol hotel
A very beautiful stay. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful, they work very hard. The housekeeping is an excellent high standard. Great entertainment team, great fun. The food was nice but breakfast was very good. If you do not go all inclusive you have to pay for your drinks with your evening meal but they are responsibly price. Train station only a 10 minute walk and bus service right outside the hotel. Great beach’s all along the front of the hotel. Brilliant location. We will be back😁 Thank you so much Ibersol hotel staff.
Lovely stay with a great view. So relaxing.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Check in was super easy. Room was excellent. Beds comfy, cleaned daily. Breakfast was ok, could have had a bit more variety on different days, but we ate well Pool area is ok apart from the very tired parasols which are all in bits and blow over very easily. The bases leak water after you fill them the bottom does not fit in sturdily enough and the two pole parts don't fit, or work very well. This is my only gripe, apart from having extortionate fees for keeping the room on. We are leaving at 1930 tomorrow and if we keep our room until 1900, we have to pay 110 euros which is way too much.
