Great family holiday
Fab holiday. A great location! A great animation team and lots to do.
Would come back
We had a fantastic week in Puente Real. We travelled with a 3 year old. Who despite being one of the youngest heat was involved in every form of entertainment, activity and club. We couldn’t be more impressed with the animation Team. All of them went above and beyond all day and through the evening to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention to Santi who made our little boy feel like he made a friend for life, saying hello, helping in the talent show and just being kind in general. Would definitely come back.
Brilliant entertainment team
Brilliant Holliday and excellent time. Hotel staff were great. The entertainment staff in particular were very good and took extra time with all children to make sure they were having a good time and getting involved. Would definitely go back.

This hotel was great. We travelled with a 10 month old and 11 year old and both were so happy here. We had a junior suite which was stunning and spotless with a travel cot provided in the main bedroom. Cleaners were thorough and even came the day after we arrived. They cleaned the pool area and bar area every night and early morning.
Food was amazing, everything you'd expect at an all inclusive. With the 2 girls, we'd aim to eat early rather than later to avoid long queues for food. There was always plenty of choice from both kids and adults options for the baby (she will eat anything though!) Restaurant was spotless and the staff were a credit to the hotel with all their hardwork to clean tables promptly and find appropriate tables for our family.
Entertainment team were phenomenal! They did not stop from early on to late at night and we enjoyed it all! They really do love their jobs :)
Only downside was that it was tricky to get a sunbed (however, here for 7 days and only day of arrival we couldn't get any) and nowhere near enough umbrellas. We did buy a beach one for the baby though and propped it up with her pram.
