Brilliant location but come with cost
Great location,next to the beach , room is good but bed n mattress is of quality of hostel, springs make noise when you turn and bed moves around as on wheels.Staff could be more friendly n welcoming overall , it was hit n miss. Biggest pain as I booked half board that water is treated as alcohol n not free while lunch or dinner, ridiculous to pay for water though you paid for meals , never seen this non sense behaviour , even though it was written in the fine prints.Entertainment was basic plus you pay extra for most the activities which was again crazy to pay!

Our Stay at Bàrcelo Feuteventura Castillo
Absolutely lovely hotel or should I say resort! I will definitely be staying here again. Cleanliness is very good just one disappointment which isn't really the hotels fault just needs to display it much better is the day the cleaners are coming apart from that really good.Food was very good as well plenty of choice but I feel like the kids section should be visible Tip: don't just have pasta for the kids they get bored of it.Pool rules this is the most important thing I would like you to improve Let them have floats in the pool. And I will describe our situation: So we had a float in the pool and the lifeguard told us off and translated to English telling us not to have floats when an activity is happening. Then once the activity had finished we had our float again and he told us off But overall a lovely hotel ❤️

Family Holiday for 10
Great hotel lead by its great location and facilities. One big downside was the toilets outside the buffet restaurant. They are too small, the ladies repeatedly had run out of soap. We complained four days running. With only one hand drier the floor was like a skating rink at busy times. This area needs major attention. Having said that we will return
