Badly run
Arrived 14/9/26 at 9.30pm was told to get food first an then our room would be given to us ate came back No porters to take you to your room was given a map it's was dark with poor lighting on the walk ways . Couldn't find the room at all was told room 2138 block F block F looked like it ended at 2014 . After looking for 30 mins I went to reception and one of the guys came with us first he couldn't find it himself an took us the the wrong room We eventually got it it was upstairs but from downstairs you couldn't read the number which wer painted the same colour as the door frame . Typical Next day out for sun 2 pools one quiet pool were we were had 100 beds an only 9 parasols terrible Big pool was much much bigger But again hardly any parasols
The food at the buffets was terrible same stuff every day an some dinner food was carried over to the breakfast I.e. sprouts or carrots at breakfast bacon so hard it snapped in two Deserts same every day
One particular day staff wer trying to kill cockroaches with brushes near to the store room at back of the kitchen
Entertainment shocking Singers 3 nights out of 8 Who couldn't sing a note
The staff in the bar were very. Nice drink was fine
But we will never set foot in this hotel ever again

Just finished a week stay at this hotel with my boyfriend, overall the stay was reasonably pleasant. Location was excellent, a few minutes walk to bars, shops and restaurants. Our room was based right next to the night entertainment which we didn’t mind however the entertainment itself lasted about 45 minutes each night and daytime entertainment very minimal. The staff were friendly and helpful and made some great cocktails - can’t fault them at all. The rooms are very basic and in need of a refurb however they are spacious and clean. I found the upstairs restaurant where the breakfast, lunch and partial evening meals to not be as clean as I hoped, flies landing on the food and the floor was dirty. The food was basic, had a good salad bar and decent desserts however the fruit juices were watery and the rest of the food was lukewarm warm and not the best of quality. They had a chinese buffet one of the nights which was delicious but overall it was poor and we ate out for most nights. There was plenty of sun loungers by the pool so no sunbed wars! The restaurant often felt overcrowded and overwhelming. This hotel is rated as a 4 star however would say it is more of a 3 star. Heard that they are doing a 6 month large refurbishment which should make the hotel a lot better. Corralejo itself is a lovely place, however I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. If your budget allows pay that little bit extra to stay somewhere else in the area, which i wish we had done. Overall ,I wouldn’t recommend or stay again
Nearly brilliant.
We visited as a group of friends and had a whale of a time.
Rooms were great and comfy and clean as a whistle.
Pool excellent with plenty of sunbeds, your usual pre towel routine applied to some but that didn’t detract from us finding beds.
Food was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast saved by omlettes station and the fresh bread. Lunch and dinner inoffensive but nothing spectacular.
Staff are brilliant especially in the evening bars and pool bar.

Constant looped music of around what felt like 3 songs playing through restaurant speakers then a boom box playing other music over by the pool. Please choose one or the other.
And the €1 for a cup is as random as we’ve seen on our travels didn’t get the point of it at all and I’m quite sure a handsome little profit is made so get you’re money back or do what we did and take your own larger plastic glasses.
Over all value for money and close to everything.
Some good some bad
The food was awful and there was very little variety, making it difficult to enjoy meals during our stay. We also noticed that some of the dinner plates were chipped, which really shouldn’t be the case in a hotel.
The dining room was very small with limited seating, and it could become difficult to find a table during busy periods. The entertainment area had a similar problem. It was far too small and didn’t have enough seating, meaning large crowds were left standing around during entertainment.
The hotel also appears to need some maintenance. The pool floor lining was coming up, and there was mould in the bathroom of our room, which was particularly disappointing.
There were, however, some positives. The location of the hotel is very good, with a convenient area surrounding it. Our room itself was a good size, the pool was a good size, and there was a good number of sunbeds available, which was a definite plus.
Overall, although the location, room and pool were good, the poor food, lack of seating, small entertainment and dining areas, and maintenance issues really let the hotel down. With some investment and improvements, particularly to the food, cleanliness and facilities, this hotel could be much better.
