Playa Park Zensation

We’ve just got back from a lovely holiday and honestly had such a great time! The food was really good, with plenty of choice at all three meal times. We never had a bad meal during our stay. Breakfast was definitely the busiest, and if I had one bit of feedback, it would be that they could do with a few more staff at breakfast. The staff that were there worked really hard, but it was just very busy and a few extra staff members would have made things run a little smoother.

The hotel itself was beautiful, really clean and clearly very well looked after. We stayed in the Zenstation building, which I’d definitely say is worth paying the extra for. We spent most of our week at the rooftop bar — it was such a lovely place to relax!

There was a really good choice of drinks included in the all-inclusive, although I did find the drinks menu a little difficult to read. I didn’t actually realise Prosecco was included until our second to last night, which was a shame! 😂

All of the staff were really friendly and welcoming, and you could tell they worked hard. We didn’t get involved in much of the entertainment, but the bits we did see were good. The evening bingo and quiz were both fun and a nice way to spend some time.

Another big plus was that we always managed to get a sunbed — no sunbed wars here! ☀️😂

Overall, we had a really lovely holiday and genuinely didn’t want to come home. We had a great time, would definitely recommend the hotel, and we’d happily return again!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It's a smaller all-inclusive but there's everything you need for a great holiday. Our room in the Zensation block was very comfortable with good air-con, and very clean as well. Which goes for the whole hotel, everything was spotless and cleaning was taking place almost constantly. Good location, about a 20 minute stroll into Corralejo, and nice and quiet too. There was a good selection of drinks including cocktails, and food was good quality, quite a small selection but all tasty and it was different every night which was appreciated. Pizzas were absolutely delicious! excellent staff here too, everyone was very polite and friendly. For the price we paid (not that much at all) we were very happy with our stay!

Just returned home from staying at this hotel..some positives ..the whole place was kept very clean.. The food was very plentiful and tasty ,never had a bad meal. Room was nice and modern(Zensation block) had a lovely view from balcony. Pool areas and gardens were well kept. Staff were all happy and friendly all but the lady who cooks the eggs ..she has bad attitude Negatives No bottles of water available every other all inclusive hotel we have stayed at we were able to take bottled water from the bars or reception or water stations were placed around the grounds. Never ever had to pay to change your pool towel . We are still struggling to understand what the all inclusive plus was all about…we never felt we received many extras… A few times we asked for a drink only to find we would have to pay 6 euro 80…which we refused to pay(Amaretto & Brandy) We liked the roof top pool…but then did so many other people who wasn’t staying in the Zensation Rooms..I know you could buy or win a pass but nobody checks this….which we think is wrong…some people who have no right to be there come every day and then tuck into the food that is laid on for the inclusive plus guests, even heard them bragging about it. A Spanish family of three would put their towels down on three beds in the sun but would also put their bags on three beds that were in the shade with umbrellas and would move from bed to bed! Then they would disappear Leaving their belongings on the beds after only a few hours But we also noticed they had beds down stairs but the main swimming pools too.This is very unfair… This is not a cheap hotel we paid extra for the privilege of being able to use the infinity pool but it was hit and miss if you were lucky to get one of the beds..this needs to to looked at. So would we return? If we did we wouldn’t go all inclusive plus and would be happy to stay in any of the other rooms. We enjoyed our stay but some things need more attention.
