Grande dame of a hotel, still great but a bit down on her luck!
This hotel has so much going fo it! Location fantastic! Cleanliness perfect! Service friendly, professional and attentive! Food and drinks fabulous! The main negative and the reason that it's so reasonable is the decor and upkeep! I understand that the hotel is under a demolition order therefore Riu not spending any money on it but fgs Riu at least change the 60's lampshades! The kindest thing to say about the decor is that it's retro and genuinely feels like you're going back in time. This is not a completely negative thing as the atmosphere is wonderful. Still given it 5 stars despite the decor/state of the building. Thank you to the fantastic staff!!

Great friendly hotel
Hotel in a beautiful setting in the sand dunes. Every member of staff polite and helpful. Rooms are a little dated but spotless and cleaned every day. Food is good and specialty restaurants were amazing but you need to book straight away. There was some entertainment in the evening that was good like the acrobats and the singer from cape town that we watched but also spent time with some lovely people on the terrace.It was our second visit this year and will definitely return soon. Thank you to all the hardworking and friendly staff that made our holiday.
One week stay
Great holiday … no complaints… room was a little dated but worked perfectly for us …lots of foreign guests but that didn’t trouble us one bit …. Food was excellent… lots to drink and no queuing at all for meals or sunbeds … overall good value for money

Look At Bigger Picture
This Hotel is Amazing Rooms a little tired but everything you need. Big comfy bed, big tv good size bathroom with really powerful shower over bath with constant temperature water. Cleaned daily fresh towels replaced daily. Food Amazing so much choice and cooked to perfection. Always tables free in every Restaurant all times of day. Pool areas really clean and plenty of beds(beds right next to pool go quickly) Lots of adult activities. Walk directly onto beach and what a beach. This beach is so nice 9 euro for 2 beds and a umbrella. Specialty Restaurants really nice book as soon as you arrive. All staff really nice and friendly nothing is to much for them. They all genuinely seem to love working here. For the price of an all inclusive holiday you will be pushed to find a hotel that does what this place does anywhere. We only booked a week but wished it was longer. We are all ready looking at going back next September for 17 nights. Up until this holiday we loved costa adeje in Tenerife but we now think we have found are perfect place. Every holiday maker that we met loves this hotel and some have been coming for 20 years, doesn't that tell you something.

It good 2 star Tui needs to look into this hotel
Hotel staff lovely just a shame the hotel very badly needs of remake we had holes in carpet door hange off the dressing table and breakfast cold bacon beans and the eggs
