This hotel is located in the heart of Corralejo, right next to the sea and the local beach. Guests will find restaurants, bars, nightspots, links to the public transport network and the sandy beach all within 10 m of the hotel. This well-known beach complex was fully renovated in 2008 and is ideal for the independent traveller. Facilities on offer to guests include an auditorium, a games room, conference facilities and Internet access. There is a car park and covered garage parking available for those arriving by car and guests wishing to explore the surrounding area on bicycle will find a cycle hire station at the hotel. The hotel features a heated swimming pool and a children's pool, where the whole family can enjoy a day of water fun. Guests can also relax with a massage or play a game of table tennis, go mountain biking or enjoy a game of billiards.

Great location, basic rooms
Great location, right in the middle of everything and close to the beach. The two bedroom apartment was a bit outdated, bathroom door was broken but repaired quickly. There was no bodywash in the shower, surely this should be checked and refilled between guests. The bathroom was tiny, and in need of an upgrade. We only stayed two nights, not sure if we would have been comfortable staying longer. Breakfast was lovely, staff too.

Definitely a must stay at hotel.
We stopped here three years ago. During our stay it was obvious renovations were taking place with no disruption to our stay. You could not get a more central hotel, with all amenities on your doorstep. Due to it being flat and that we really enjoyed our first stay we came back. The hotel is now white which is alot cleaner and appealing to the eye. We cannot fault the cleanliness as the cleaners were in every day, and done a great job. Nothing was too much trouble for All the staff. The breakfast was probably the best we have had over many visits to the canaries. Considering the amount of people coming in for breakfast it was well organised and staff really worked hard to accomodate your seating requests. The air conditioning was well placed and easy to operate. On arrival we were allocated a ground floor apartment, which was found to be a disabled one, so a request for another room (not disabled) was met with full apologies. Note:- This may have been our fault as we asked for an apartment next to our friends, and reception done their best to accomodate our request thinking we both needed to be together to help each other. We and our friends was realocated within hours to our surprise. Wow amazing my wife and I was given the room our friends stayed in 3 years ago. The room was facing the main street on the first floor. The balcony is sufficient for 2 people. We spent plenty of time on the balcony supping tea and having a couple of late night drinks. Great to watch the evening go by with various street buskers doing their thing. A point to note this is a very busy mainstream but amazingly shut the balcony doors and no noise. Happy sleeping. The apartment was spacious with plenty of storage and no issues found with any of the amenities supplied. Around 3.0pm the sun hits the balcony till sunset. Now the renovations had been completed the corridors are really bright. The lift was ideally positioned and found that there was emphasis on disabled people's requirements. The pool bar does shut a 6.0pm but while open prices are quite good with a menu in your room as well. A fully enjoyable stay, and will be back. A big thank you to all staff for a great stay.

stayed here from 29 August 26 to 5 September 26. L ocation was excellent, right on the strip. can be a bit noisy if you like a window open when sleeping. atmosphere was very quiet which was nice for a relaxed holiday. no entertainment though. breakfast was superb. plenty of selection even down to the juices & milk. we had a premium room which was lovely. the kitchen facilities in the room are all hidden. hotel spotlessly clean. very good value. thstaff from reception, bar breakfast & cleaners were all lovely. a credit to the hotel. Would have been nice if the bar had been opened in the night

Lovely hotel, rooms could do with modernisation, but are clean. Pool area isn’t cramped with sun beds so there is room to walk around. Pool bar is reasonable for food and drinks, location is good.

This is not a 4* hotel
Just returned from 10 nights stay at the Livvo hotel and it was nothing like the brochure shows especially the beach side view that looks more like a derelict old hotel . We arrived on the sunday night late and always eat out but on the friday decided to eat in and bought some bread , crackers and fruit and placed them in the cooking aera , when returned in the afternoon the whole area was crawling with small spider mites not only this area but also the cupboard next to this area with all our items in there .I wiped the whole area down to get rid of them but the next day they were back again , i reported this infestation to the desk manager who sent a cleaner and a maintenance guy to have a look ,The infestation was from the sink area worktop lamination that was badly lifting and pieces missing , the maintenance guy said there was nothing he could do as the mites are living under the lamination and the whole area wanted to be taken out amd replacing . This was explained to the desk manager who told us there was nothing he could about it as the hotel was fully booked with no spare rooms available. This is not what i expected from a 3/4 * hotel and i was shocked at the comparison to the brochure pictures that boasts a bright fully equiped gym that was dark with less than a third shown in the pictures . This hotel would have been 4* in its day but now is very tired with every door lining badly scraped and chipped that resembles a youth hostel. The only saving grace for this hotel was the breakfast and the staff that worked there 4* for them. Would i recomend this hotel , if you are not bothered what the brochure pictures show and can put up with an old style lack of maintenance hotel then this is for you.
