Hotel H10 Tindaya made a very good first impression on us. The beginning of our stay looked promising, but over time, some major downsides began to appear. On the plus side, the rooms deserve praise. They are clean, well-maintained, and really spacious, ensuring high comfort during our stay. The food tasted good but was very repetitive. Breakfast looked identical every single day. The choice of dishes for lunch and dinner turned out to be limited, and the menu barely changed from day to day.Another downside is the pool infrastructure and bars. The pools are rather small. Furthermore, there is a lack of bars on the property – only one by the pool operates during the day, and the lobby bar opens in the evening. As a result, you have to walk quite a distance every time you want to get something to drink. However, the biggest and most negative surprise came at checkout. Immediately after handing in the room keys, the staff cuts off the All Inclusive wristbands. From that moment on, you can no longer use any of the hotel facilities, even though our stay was paid for a full 7 days. It is hard to judge whether this is due to the hotel's strict procedures or an oversight by the TUI travel agency. What disappointed us the most, though, was the behavior of the staff. Any questions or attempts to clarify the situation at the front desk were met with a very unpleasant reaction and resistance from the personnel.
Not bad but quite a strange set up and doesn’t cater well for a great all inclusive experience.
Perfect base camp to discover the island. Nice rooms (especially those w sea views), very, I mean very, clean and big enough. I want again point out the cleanliness in all hotel premises, variety and food quality in main restaurant, nice hotel beach etc.. also enough parking slots next to hotel btw. We love H10 Tindaya so stay loyal since 2019.
Beautiful beach, friendly staff and lots of activities with children. The food is also great.
I stayed at the H10 Tindaya for one week during July. First impressions were good. The hotel is right on a public beach with uninterrupted sea views. However, the main buffet restaurant was poor. Tables weren’t cleared, lack of choice with food which was in my opinion not good quality, and clearly a lack of staff. Same for the bar as well which meant having to queue all the time. The à la carte restaurant was also disappointing given I’d expected better than the main restaurant. Upon checkout, I was informed I could not use the hotel facilities until my transfer arrived unless I paid. I have never experienced this before when staying in all inclusive hotels and it’s completely outrageous. This information was not provided prior to booking the holiday otherwise I would not have stayed here at all. It did not feel like a 4 star hotel and I will not be returning.
