Can't complain.
This some what of a reply to other reviews with my own experience, my room never got got cleaned but I'm not messy, the sheets don't get changed unless you put the little card on your pillow that asks for them to be changed the towels again is similar if you want new leave on floor in bathroom, overall the place is tidy, as long as other guests are respectful and tidy after themselves, pool area is great, pools were cold but they're outside so i expected that, food was ok, always something to eat, I went in when the restaurant opened so was warm if not hot, the area isn't that bad not loads but the local mini mart shop was brilliant had everything I wanted daily, shop in hotel is expensive when there's 2 other shops close by half the price, staff all friendly, especially the young lad on the bar, not sure he's actually had a day off these last 8 days I've been here though. Be good to see this hotel get some investment get the grading back up, definitely a 2/3 star hotel so keep your expectations low.

Terrible time
Location is awful feels like it’s in the middle of a motorway very high up so very windy, Atmosphere is gloomy, staff are weary because they are few doing many different jobs hotel is tired needs a good clean and some maintenance is needed, the room was adequate but had broken balcony rail, hole in wall and ants(which was treated when reception were made aware, we stayed for 8 nights and housekeeping visited once straightened sheets but no cleaning bed sheets were not changed once, we were all Inclusive but it’s not worth the extra money food was awful same things over and over, offered soup and ice cream at lunch and dinner but no bowls available they were literally washing bowls as people finished with it in a side sink, More effort needs to be put into the dining side of it (staff, utensils etc) Two bars on an evening but only 1 was staffed so if you wanted a drink had to go upstairs to other bar to get one Jet 2 rep told us that hotel had been downgraded from a 4 star to a 2 star but that’s not reflected in the hotel info online Very poor show I do not recommend!!
A shocker
This place is a dump !!!! I would award the hotel two stars at a push. Wake up management, no excuses !! Get more staff !! Deep clean the hotel, you might have a chance.!!!!
Shame lots of potential
Big queues for drinks. No staff. Only ever one bar open and one person serving. You need to keep hold of your glass as no one cleans them Food is excellent but won’t be back

Looks Good, but Fails on the Basics
How did it get 4 star rating, not quite sure.
Pros Nice-looking hotel: The building and general layout are pleasant, though some areas would benefit from a refresh.
Quiet surroundings: Located among other hotels, the environment is calm and peaceful.
Beach access: There is a beach nearby, but it requires a 30‑minute walk.
Cons Location: The hotel is about an hour from the airport, and there’s very little around unless you rent a car or use a cab arranged by the hotel.
Room cleanliness: Housekeeping is extremely minimal.
Cleaners enter even when there is no sign outside the door.
When the “clean my room” sign is displayed, they only make the bed and replace towels if they’re left on the floor.
No sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, or bed sheet changes are done.
Insects: Expect to see insects around the hotel, in rooms and bathrooms, and even flies near the food areas.
Room amenities: If you book a twin room for sole use, you will not get a hot drink station (tea/coffee kettle).
Kitchen hygiene: The microwave in the dining area is not checked or cleaned regularly.
Restaurant issues:
Food is not labelled, which is inconvenient and unsafe for guests with dietary restrictions.
Only one soft drink machine and one coffee machine, resulting in long queues.
Despite informing the chef that you are vegetarian, there were no proper vegetarian options—only chips and pizza. No consideration was given to preparing a vegetarian version of dishes like Lasagna.
Food is not warm or hot despite being under the hot plate
