All inclusive stay 01 -12 Sept 26
Amazing hotel, we paid for sea view room which was well worth the extra money. View was stunning. Hotel and room were spotless and kept clean by the hardworking cleaners. Food was different most nights with themed nights and always something tasty for every taste. Breakfast had English sausages as well as bacon and different eggs made to order. Fantastic food every day with so much choice. Pool bar and cafe was also well stocked with breakfast, lunch and sandwiches in afternoon (even a bbq outside on one of the days). We also went out into the village and had an excellent steak di ner in mama mia's Italian restaurant (opposite the 2nd spa on the strip). Was able to buy yorkshire teabags in the hyperlink supermarket which made it even better. Gym facilities were superb with a exercise machine room and a separate weight room. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. We never had an issue getting a sunbed even at 14.30 in afternoon. Overall this is a fantastic hotel and we had an amazing stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was absolutely gorgeous best I’ve experienced we had 3 balconies jacuzzi bath it was absolutely perfect. Welcome drink on arrival cleaner in every day bed changed every two days water Food we had plenty the buffet was plenty choice plus rolls burgers salad at the pool Entertainment the entertainment staff were fab they had Zumba kids club water sports even took part in some the beach disco the guys were brilliant even took part in activities it makes urge holiday disco every nite at night
The the beach wow so beautiful wow absolutely stunning beautiful service they could not have been better we had problem with water they fixed it straight away people who do serve so polite and helpful
The hotel is in a wee place but the wee town is not far. The hotel is on level so need strong legs.
Downfall refused to pay 25 euro to use the spa. Pool sauna This should be included in the price

Average for what you pay
Just spent two weeks here the advertised a fridge in your room but it's just a cooler it's not very good the air conditioning only goes down to 19 degrees and is very poor the room had ants all over it even in the fridge the food is okay the location middle of nowhere a couple of shops locally Chinese restaurant a couple of bars that's about it would not return, mostly German tourists and it seems to be directed at them air con in restaurant on only 3 times long wait at bars

Had a great time
Came for 5 nights with my adult daughters. Lovely hotel, very spacious with amazing views. Restaurant catered for pretty much everyone, food was labelled and so much choice, although desserts all looked different but tasted the same. Lovey room with balcony. I think the bathroom was a wet room because the shower would leak all over the bathroom floor and also soaked through the wall where the bed was! Apart from that we had no issues and the cleaners always did a great job. The bars were always well stocked with most drinks, although there was almost always a queue. The staff were always pleasant and helpful Myself and my 2 daughters had a great holiday and would definitely come back
Poor Customer Service
I am currently staying here with my mum and friend. Normally I would wait until i get home before reviewing but I can't believe how poor the services here. Long queue at the pool bar every day all day. The man behind the bar (Jonathan) is absolutely lovely and does not stop working. He is on his own whilst the female employee leisurely put away a delivery of stock. Everyone in the queue was complaining but Jonathan smiles the whole time. Very professional and friendly. However the other bar is another story. The older bartender was rude to me and my friend and when I challenged him asking if something was wrong with him and he said he didn't understand!!!The queues are also the same. Where are the management? Can't see any evidence of good leadership in this hote and staff look unhappy. Not what you want for a holiday. Disappointing
