With an excellent location on an elevated access to the sandy beach of Playa de Esquinzo, this fabulous beach front hotel is a perfect retreat for families, couples and groups of friends. This impressive establishment features spacious and modern rooms also with Juniors suites in the "Private Lodge" area(only adults +16 years), which is wonderfully integrated in the hotel and where you can be relaxing in an exclusive and comfortable atmosphere. It offers excellent services to make your stay as pleasant as possible and has a wide variety of restaurants to choose from the main buffet-style restaurant as well as 3 theme restaurants . On warm days guests may freshen up with a plunge at the shimmering pools, sunbathe on the poolside terrace or enjoy a drink in the carefree atmosphere of the on-site bars. those who seek relax may indulge in a huge variety of treatments and those more active may benefit of wide offer of leisure activities including tennis, beach volley and fitness classes.

Fantastic week
Brilliant hotel with so much to do. Make sure to download the magic life app to make the most of the activities! My favourite was wine yoga and the pool aerobics!
Staff all friendly and helpful. Best bar staff as they are so quick and keep the queues down.
No problem getting a sunbed as the staff remove any unattended towels between 8.30 and 9.30. Stops having to get up at 6am for a chance of a space. There were free sunbeds all day but go before 9am if you want shade. As long as one of your family is sat with the beds its fine!
Evening entertainment great! Shows or just chill in the bars! The sundowner Evening was brilliant.
Food is varied and fresh. Queues do form for the pizzas and snack bar but its because its made fresh. Tried the Italian and Spanish and enjoyed both. Just ask at the desk if you cant get a booking on the app.
Thanks for such a relaxing weeks stay with my family. I would recommend it to all ages.

2 weeks family of 3
We stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of 3 at the end of July. We stayed in block 17 on the first floor. The room was nice and big with good beds and shower, towels and bedding were changed regularly with the maid keeping the room nice and clean. The view from the room was stunning. Uninterrupted views of the ocean,well worth the upgrade. The pools were lovely and big and very clean. Looked like they'd been recently retiled. The management also removed towels from unattended sunbeds in the morning,meaning there was never the usual early morning rush. This was a massive plus and should happen in every hotel. It meant I could get up go for a nice long walk on the beach have breakfast and still have plenty of choice of beds around the pool. Although ones in the shade were more in demand. The food was good with plenty of variety in the main Magico restaurant. It did get very busy in the evening with people queuing from about 7pm . But these moved pretty quickly. It was a shame there was no outdoor seating but understandable with the very strong winds. We spent most of our evening in the Plaza bar or the Wunderbar. The Plaza bar was great for a boogie and the Wunderbar more quiet for a game of cards. It maybe would be nice to have another bar somewhere in-between. The bar staff were the quickest and most efficient I've come across in a hotel. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. It's not perfect but for a 4 star all inclusive in a stunning location it's brilliant value.
Unclean Pool
We have been here a week, great resort. However due to go home tomorrow and there has been a pool incident! Somebody had an accident all over 3 of the ladies toilets and it was then observed she washed her soiled shoes in the pool. Staff were informed, the family was spoken to however they have kept the activity pool open. They continued with an aqua class not informing any body in the pool. And now plan on a pool party without cleaning the pool. Very unpleasant!!
Very, very good Hotel.
On arrival, the hotel reception looks very large however the reception staff are quick to greet with a smile and super quick check-in process. Our room in the Lodge was large, airy, with safe, fridge and coffee machine with roomy bathroom.. Air conditioning is really good also a quiet ceiling fan, beds are comfortable with additional pillows or sheets available. Wi-fi is surprisingly good everywhere. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, they are all very friendly, talking and laughing between themselves and guests. Always someone at the reception to help with any enquiry, again nothing is too much trouble. TUI reps are always available and guest services very helpful and honest. The food is so varied, no expense spared. Huge salad and cheese counters with cold meats, hot food counters are varied, meats, vegetables. Available to order are omelettes, fresh pasta and pizzas. Fruit is so fresh and plentiful; the best peaches ever. Loads of ice cream, cakes and pastries, a child’s paradise. Lunchtime snack bar at the main pool. Adults area in main restaurant. Drinks have a self-serve option which is quite novel and welcome when there is a queue at the counter. Again bar service staff are so patient, always smiling. Restaurant staff are so hard working and helpful. Bodega, Trattoria and Green Curry speciality restaurants are definitely worth a visit. Plenty of sunbeds and a huge pool for kids, also small children’s pool and quieter areas if needed. Grounds are well-kept and manicured. The animation staffs are so keen and talented. The gym is quite large with every type of equipment which are surprisingly very clean and well maintained. Fitness and cycling classes are varied; Emily and Benni in fitness are outstanding, highly qualified, professional and again so friendly and caring. Shows are good however we were limited due to the world cup which was shown on large screens. The on-site shops are varied with fashion, crisps, chocolates, toiletries, etc. Laundry room is useful and a great idea with a growing family. This is a family-oriented hotel but we wouldn't hesitate to return. (To the Private Lodge)
TUI not so magic Life
I am currently on holiday at this resort and thought I would share my current experience of this hotel,
So far we have been here for 4 nights and our room has not been cleaned or received fresh towels on 2 of these days, we are currently waiting for towels to be delivered to the room, this was reported to reception over 1 hr and 30 mins ago and I have called on three separate occasions to report this!! Not good enough I think,
The food in the main restaurant is ok but anything that is on a live station is not prepared fast enough to keep up with demand, the poor staff on these stations are totally unsupported and are rushed off there feet but by the time anything is cooked if your not in the first 10 people in line then you are out of luck again. Not very well organised or managed I think.
The bar staff by the evening entertainment are rude and throw the drinks at you.
And don’t ever let me say what I think about what they do if you put a towel on a sunbed in the morning…
So far this is not a resort I would recommend and I fell I will not be booking anything that is TUI branded again
It’s a shame as I have had nothing but exceptional holiday experiences with TUI before.
