Animation team were amazing
We loved the animation team, Clara was amazing at playing darts and axe throwing She was very informative and helped us in the hotel
Dont even bother!
This place is a joke! We get locked out of our room because our key cards wouldnt work for us to enter our room. We then have to go down 3 flight of stairs to go back down to tell reception. To then be told a handyman will come to fix it. He couldnt fix it and tells us to go back down to get another card key so go back up, guess what, they gave us the wrong one and gave us a key to our boys room. On top of that the food is cold and tasteless! Before coming here reading the reviews I thought ut cant be that bad! But it is. Im never coming here again its really not worth the money you pay! Its also so dated

Poor communication
Not yet been to this hotel but already having difficulty communicating with them. I have emailed many times and only had a couple of emails back. I will update review once I have experienced the hotel.
