Wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Catalina
Beautiful hotel with nice restaurants, swimming pool and garden. Great people, very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Hector and Evelio, the two lifeguards at the hotel swimming pool and the staff at the breakfast buffet. They were always attentive, caring, and ready to support and help me at any time because of my health-related disability. ❤️❤️❤️ Kindes regards, Denis & Ariane

4th Santa Catalina Stay
Great, but could have been better. A regular customer but feel slightly undervalued. We receive no special benefit for being a regular visitor to the hotel. No loyalty shown... upgrades etc.

Fantastic Stay at the Santa Catalina Hotel
As always a fantastic relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel. The location, settings, fabulous room, lovely restaurants, bars and great staff are hard to beat if your looking to totally wind down.

Lovely hotel but the noise of loud music, from events in the hotel, ruined our evenings.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights. On both nights, there was an event, making it extremely busy and noisy. The noise was so loud that we couldn't relax in our room or even sleep until after midnight when the event finally ended. There was loud music and hundreds of people talking right under our window. When I complained, all they could say was 'sorry'. No solution or compensation was offered. I paid €319 per night to stay in a room with loud music blasting until midnight, which is definitely not worth a 5-star rating.
Additionally, I booked a transfer service (in advance) that was canceled at the very last minute. Although I eventually received a refund after complaining, it caused a lot of stress
Privacy in room
Hotel is very good but the privacy between the toilet and room is minimal and small for a five star hotel
